I
was
lucky
enough
to
attend
a
semi-private
training
session
with
Coach
Luka
at
Vigor
Ground.
To
first
put
it
briefly,
it's
hard
to
imagine
a
coach
better
suited
and
a
place
better
equipped
to
help
you
improve
yourself,
wherever
you're
at
in
your
fitness
journey.
As
a
trainer,
Coach
Luka
has
put
the
time
in
at
the
gym
where
he's
coached
a
wide
range
clients
and
he's
put
the
time
in
studying
the
exercise
science
research.
Throughout
the
session
he
was
able
to
clearly
explain
not
just
how
to
do
a
movement
but
why
we're
doing
it.
More
importantly
though,
he
is
a
patient
and
astute
listener,
always
making
sure
that
I
felt
understood
and
supported.
Thanks
to
his
coaching,
I
was
able
to
hit
my
strengths
and
tend
to
my
weakness
in
our
session.
Some
coaches
feel
like
they're
just
running
you
through
what
has
worked
for
them,
but
not
with
Coach
Luka.
He
first
asked
what
my
goals
were
and
then
devised
a
session
based
on
my
own
needs.
Couldn't
ask
for
a
better
session.
As
a
gym
owner,
Coach
Luka
has
built
a
community
centered
around
the
idea
of
getting
better
together.
There
was
variety
of
equipment
that
allowed
for
all
kinds
of
accommodations
for
movements
in
lifts,
whether
you
needed
to
regress
or
progress
a
movement.
No
one
person
gets
left
behind
in
this
gym.
Also,
the
group
session
that
was
wrapping
up
when
I
arrived
had
everyone
high-fiving
each
other
and
reminding
each
other
that
they'll
see
them
again
soon
for
the
next
session.
This
combination
of
support
and
accountability
ensures
progress
is
sustainable
and
that
you're
never
working
through
your
fitness
goals
alone.
I

at
his
amazing
gym
Vigor
Ground
Fitness
and
Performance.
I
can't
wait
to
go
back
again.
