Slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. Expect 15 minutes for a cookie, which doesn't require heating to get from the counter into your hands. It is faster to drive to the nearest SB in Los Gatos than loose time here.

Hands down one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Expect LONG delays when ordering ahead and the cold brew drinks are RARELY made right. Almost always bitter. For example the vanilla cream nitro cold brew tastes nothing like any other location. It’s extremely bitter and not sweet at all. I actually have to drive way out of my way if I want a good Starbucks experience.

Absolutely the rudest bunch of employees I’ve ever encountered at Starbucks.

Nice high ceilings and comfortable decor. Service was fine. The latte I got though tasted kind of light, as compared to the many ones I have had previously from Starbucks.

I like their hot chocolate and their sugar free passion fruit. It's all good!

Came here in the early morning on my way to a sports tournament in Morgan Hill. Located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking and some other stores (none of which were open due to the early hour). Store had some tables and chairs inside and out but I didn't stay for long.

This place is amazing, the store is well located, spacious, spotless clean, the crew peeps are polite and ready to guide you through one's order.

Always a good experience when your picking up a pick me up. LOL 🤣

Every time I come here I order curbside to save time, they never bring the drink out and I always have to go in anyways. Super disappointing and makes my coffee feel less satisfying.

The oatmeal was Perfecto..with steamed soy..the store was clean..really clean..the team was exemplary..oh and it was comfortable and well stocked which is kinda slipping these days on the average. In shortthis store is like the golden age of Starbucks.

Pretty busy little spot especially for where it's located but I have to give big shout-out compliments to the staff. I'm never waiting long and I come here all the time and so do my kids who work right around the corner. I really appreciate the wonderful hospitality.

This Starbucks is way too busy with entitled Los Gatos moms in the morning and Union MS kids in the afternoon. The service is much slower than other locations.

The staff here is great with amazing patience, but this location is overrun with pre-teens. There's a middle school a block away so don't come near here around 3:00.
