I found this restaurant on a 30A FB group and the reviews are right, this place is amazing! It’s quaint but the interior is very pretty and the staff was very welcoming and courteous. You definitely a very filling meal for the price you pay, well worth it for sure. The waffles were airy and cooked to perfection. The classic avocado toast was delicious and the salmon tasted fresh. I recommend going on an empty stomach because of all the options and come with a sweet and savory tooth.

Excellent place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. We came here twice during our vacation. Very generous sized portions and enough to take home for another meal. Pancakes were absolutely delicious. The Mexican omelette was unique and very tasty. Highly recommend. We liked this place much more than The Donut Hole.

Great place for a meal. We came here for lunch. Great customer service. The food came out quick. The chicken I ordered was a bit too dry though. Other than that, it was great. Everyone else enjoyed their meals.

Service is 100% satisfactory. I can’t explain how incredibly amazing the food is here. Today was my first time eating here. I spotted this place because I saw a video of their cinnamon rolls on TikTok. Absolutely amazing cinnamon rolls!!! I have never had one this good in my life. It was perfectly cooked, flakey and soft but not too soft. The cream cheese icing was mouth watering and me and my husband shared one but we couldn’t get enough. My mind was honestly BLOWN. You HAVE to go eat here and order a cinnamon roll starter, maybe order two!! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience here. The service was amazing and the food portions were perfect! All the employees were on top of their game and so nice. We sat at the bar and it was so fun watching the food come out. We will be coming back before we leave 30A Florida! One of our favorite, if not the favorite, breakfast places! You can’t go wrong with any of the menu options. You MUST have the Churro Waffles - they are amazing. We order them as a “starter”. Crisp outside, perfect waffle inside texture - just delightful! They have amazing specials (seasonal too)! I had an Eggs Benedict special; I believe it was the Benny Bacon Benedict - AMAZING. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Skillet is wonderful too. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is also a favorite! Their homefries are THE BEST!

Really cute brunch spot I got a veggie omelette substitute egg white potatoes and the banana salted caramel pancake. The food was really good. The pancake was huge. It was so good I went back the next morning

Food is great! I'm a coffee snob, I wasn't disappointed here. I had the meat loves omelet. The Eggs was cooked perfectly, not watery or scorched. Great lunch!

Amazing find while we visited Rosemary Beach. The area is saturated with eateries so you'll have no problem finding a place. For the most part there is a short wait everywhere. At Canopy Road, we were seated in less then 15 mins, service was amazing and the food was even better. Nothing disappointed, from the appetizer to the mains...listening to the table next to us, they were talking about how they visit at least once a week, and I can totally see why. Definitely take the time to visit this spot.
