I love this place! Boston and Justin were great at explaining the route to take, when to call, and how to be picked up. The six mile kayak trail was great for a beginner like me!

We were looking for a hometown adventure, and boy did we find it!! Several miles of beautiful scenery, nature and water! Ended up with the ending being in our neighborhood!! Thanks BRC for making that Saturday special! Looking forward to many more weekends with you guys!! Next time, ima look for the ball caps you have!

Been here multiple times and had great experiences every time. Everyone working there are just great people. They show you a map, give you the run down, give you the exact place to call and pick you up quickly. Never had any problems with canoes or equipment.

1st Timers... great experience. Justin took great care of us. 1 solo kayak & 1 tandem...2-3 hour trip. Wonderfully scenic "forced break". On the tandem kayak, once we got our balance, it was a lot of fun...no unintentional swimming 😉 Brought extra clothes to change into afterwards... great idea. Next time, we'll bring more food and water, and that will be fairly soon 😎

This place was great! Took my son and we rented 2 of the 1 person Kayaks and did the short trail. We had so much fun! The river is beautiful. So many places to stop and rest for a minute, have a snack. One small spot had a rope swing for visitors to use! The company itself had awesome customer service, kayaks and paddles were in good condition and clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. All around a fantastic experience!

First time kayakers and we absolutely loved it. Easy check in, launch, and pick up. Not to mention the beauty. Highly recommend Bastrop River Company.

I have paddled with Bastrop River Company twice now and both times have been great. The staff are very friendly and make things very easy. The equipment is kept in excellent condition. We have dealt with Justin both times and he is just an absolute delight. You can tell he really loves what he does. The river itself is beautiful and makes for a very relaxing day. We are novices and we had no trouble finishing the route.

Wife and I had a short getaway. Booked the short trail canoe trip for us. It was a blast to be on the water in this wonderful texas heat (July 19, 2023). Peaceful and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend if you are looking for a fun time working out in this heat.

Such a good company! We took 7 and a half hours and the employee Justin was super cool about it, brought us water, and didn’t charge us for being late. Super grateful for this awesome company and the prices were good!

My son and I had a great time the staff is awesome super nice equipment was in great shape. The 6 mile trip is a perfect day trip. Will be back for sure.
