This is the worst store EVER when customer service is concerned. When a customer walks in and your employees stand there and stare at you and then start laughing, there is an issue. Not only did the girl stare and laugh at my pants, (to which I asked her “are my pants funny?”), but she also stared at my nieces burks. Since when is this type of customer treatment okay? There are some super cute clothes here, but your employees make shopping here a miserable experience. I am appalled at the treatment we received from these little girls. Disgusting, to say the least. Whatever happened to the old saying “treat others how you would want to be treated?” It’s surely not practiced here.

Nice, a little too cluttered for me. I did not see much on sale or "bargain area". What was on "sale" was pricey. Not so friendly staff, not informative of any offers. My first time there, most likely won't go back.

Tons of boots for men, women and children. Fitting rooms clean, great selection of hats, belts, buckles.. I buy my work boots here and they have a selection of FR Clothing.

Cattleman is a very lovely story to go shop at . They have the most greeting welcoming employees. I had great customer service 10/10 would recommend going !!!!!!! Hispanic person approved 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

What a shocker-do not judge the inside by the outside! Looking for a saddle blanket and the outside building appearance made me think we'd be in and out. Boy was I wrong! My eyes nearly popped out of my head! Forget driving to Boot Barn or Cavendars because this place looks just the same. Did not have much luck with the saddle blanket but certainly found a go-to location for Western wear.

What an amazing selection of country and western gear with the best customer service I have experience. I am extremely impressed with the service and professionalism of this store. A must stop for all your country and western gear get ready for the rodeo baby
