My first time ever getting lip injections while also being afraid of needles and having bad anxiety… I wasn’t expecting such a smooth and comfortable experience but Nova Aesthetics did just THAT. My injector Hailey was kind and knowledgeable. The process hurt a little (I have low pain tolerance) but it wasn’t unbearable! The office had nice music and a stress ball throughout the process which helped me a lot. It’s been about 6 months since I got my lips done and I love them! Will be scheduling my second appointment in January! As long as I live in San Antonio I’ll be going to Nova Aesthetics. They’re all wonderful and professional! Jessica at Nova Aesthetics is truly the best! I’ve been seeing her for a couple years now and not only is she so sweet, but her work is so stunning. This was my first time coming to Nova Aesthetics and i had an absolutely amazing experience! I have never gone to a med spa before so I was a little nervous. My technicians, Dee & Hailey, were super sweet and informative. I got a hydrafacial and a lip flip done. The facial was so relaxing and my skin looks fabulous! The Lip flip was not very painful and I am expecting to see results soon! Highly recommend everyone to come here! 🩷

I normally do not write reviews, but had to make an exception. I went to Nurse Practitioner Sarah about 9 weeks ago for weight loss (Semaglutide) and my life completely changed. She’s attentive, courteous, and incredibly intelligent. Additionally, her staff is both professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed because she is thorough and takes the time to answer all of your questions. She is also Hella Funny!!

Dialis is amazing!! She is an expert in skin! She gave an incredible treatment, recommended what I need to do for best long term results, and is the absolute sweetest. I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment. The spa is gorgeous, the entire staff I encountered were very kind. Such an awesome experience!!

The moment I stepped into Nova I was immediately welcomed by the staff, checking in was quick, & a few minutes after I was taken to the back for my treatments!
