They dont ever answer had to go up to office to get my first appointment an now its been three days calling them to reschedule my fourth appointment and still no answer guess im going to have to back up there to get a new appointment!!! Fix it its not like every hour of everyday your busy!!!!

Leaving this review while I'm ON HOLD for the SECOND day in a row. First time on hold was almost 40 minutes. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE! Y'all aren't that busy. I have other things I need to be doing besides waiting for y'all to do your job

Want to give a shout out to the hard working folks here. The County has flooded these poor people with so much paperwork and inefficient processes that it takes hours to get treatment. Still they work hard and stay professional. In a word, they are NICE. They treat you with respect even though they’re completely stressed out because the County is run so poorly.

Horrible service everytime I called you guys never answer and yes I have the right number , you guy say your open monday through Friday but don't disclose on your page that on Friday your not testing , I'm dying and it's like you guys don't even care will never come here ever again.had to drive 40 mins just to be rejected for not having a appointment but y'all don't answer needs to be shut down

The worst treatment ever. They don not want to receive people after 1 and you cannot go if you do not have an appointment. I've been to the greenspoint location and is way better than here. I don't recommend this place.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. I'm glad the locals have a great clinic to go to.
