Good customer service and great items to buy such as shirts and hats and that's if your into the music concert scene

Excellent service, they offered us great attention and pointed out different options for what we were looking for. Found my granddaughters gift at a great price.

Although some maybe one of the employees are friendly, this place just seems odd. I travel to plenty of Hot Topic locations. This doesn’t have that vibe you normally feel and is also disorganized. But I have given two stars for the friendly employee there.

It took a bit to get my shirt but it was worth it. I love it!!! Great customer service I'm definitely coming back.

It's an Allright store. Got a good variety of stuff but everything is overpriced even compared to other stores in the very same mall. Not to mention the people working here have never that I can recall just been like hey! Welcome to the store, if need any help let me know. Anytime I'm in the mall I always walk in but never leave with anything.
