The staff was friendly and welcoming. I walked in feeling nervous about my first visit but they were very professional, patient, and walked me through the process easily. We even had a few laughs! Great place to make your appointment. My nurse Jade was the best!

Reception needs better training in customer service. Not welcoming and friendly at all. Receptionist and nurses need to better communicate. I sat in the waiting room after waiting too long, I walked up to ask if everything was handled but NOONE thought to let me know it was. Wasting my time just waiting around.

Walking in the place is sad. Receptionist is not welcoming at all. Make sure staff is communicating with doctor about everything they mention when calling you to make any changes. Unfortunately my experience was not the best. Hopefully this gets better after seeing this review.

Very professional and kind staff. I saw Dr. Juárez. He and his nurse were very kind, detailed, and patient. Any concern that I had, Dr. Juarez gave me a detailed answer and did not rush through anything. Thank you Dr. Juarez and your nurse for giving me a peace of mind and being so kind to me.

I love my Dr. (Adriana Gonzalez), the fact that she hears out our concerns and that she explains things to where we can understand. My husband and I followed her to Cypress from Pasadena, very pleased. Thank you

Dr Gonzalez is very nice and patient. She really paid attention to my concerns. I will 100% recommend her. The nurse and receptionist were very nice and professional.

I taveled 40 minutes cause they had an opening and would happily do it again. Overall great experience from check-in to nurses to Dr and xrays. Seem less the whole process was smooth and quick.

Everybody there was incredibly helpful and nice. I felt like my nurse really cared about me.
