Quick visit. Always helpful and friendly. Got what I needed again. What a great place. Like an old school hardware store but with all the modern needs. It had all that I needed. And I bought a couple of things I didn't 😎

They always have some one to help you find what you need. I was there again yesterday. The guy that helped me was excellent! I wish I could remember his name. I had a plumbing repair to do at home and he showed me all the options, answered my questions, and gave me a few tips that helped me out a lot!

so this is probably the best location out of all the ones that I’ve ever visited. I’m so happy THE WOODLANDS placed one in this location. I was able to get all the supplies I needed. I forgot one of the tools that we needed for a project and I was able to pick it up. I was approached by multiple people asking if I needed help which makes me feel super happy and I saw somebody else said that it’s super annoying. Well go to a different location where nobody else helps you in DOESNT The work to you I guess negative people love being around negativity and positive people love being around positive people highly recommend the store to anybody living in the Woodlands area. I've been going to this store off and on for about 10 years. Staff is helpful. And today I went back to get this amazing clip that you can use for Christmas lights, crafts, etc. Used hot glue (purchased at ACE) to secure the project. And I can go back and use the under loop to hang a garland later. Best part, made in USA 🇺🇸! Hopefully they will carry more. Also, these clips are very durable!!

Generally like shopping at Ace. They have great customer service. I visited this location to purchase fungicide. This location became super annoying. I was approached by 7 different employees asking if I needed help. Super annoying! This made it difficult to shop and think about what I needed because I was constantly having to tell the employees that I was fine. I think I will find another store to make my purchases in the future.

The customer service here is amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help sort you out. Whether it's a product or a problem this is the place for great advice and those hard to find / need it right now items. Highly recommended 👍👍

The best customer service! Extremely friendly. One item that I ordered did not make the delivery, an honest mistake. When I notified the store, the issue was resolved very apologetically and promptly. I will do all my "home need" shopping at ACE! Thank you!

Excellent service. Came in needing a quick fix for plugging the hole we accidentally punched out on a garbage disposal. The guy that helped was was really educated and really friendly. He even took us to see if the plug fit in one of the garage disposals in the store.
