Came in for the yearly hearing evaluation. My hearing was retested, reevaluated, hearing aids cleaned and reprogrammed! Walked out hearing better than ever! Great service and friendly staff!

I have been a New Sound customer for several years. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and never keep me waiting past my set appointment time. They do a great job keeping my hearing aids working like they’re supposed to. I would recommend them to anyone who thinks they may have a hearing problem.

Lloyd was very helpful! He took his time to answer our questions and to deal with the problems we were having, even though we are from out of town and not his patients.

As it always is, my visit was very reassuring! My hearing aids were cleaned and tested and they are working very well. My visit was enjoyable as Lloyd and Melania feel like good friends. They are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. It was a very pleasant visit!!

The receptionist was friendly, kept me informed of each step. The doctor made me feel comfortable, he explained each process before he started. The doctor referred me to an ENTas he said he was not certified to perform a procedure that I needed.

My 2 visits were excellent! The welcoming and care were very professional. My previous hearing test (7 years ago) was nowhere near the professionalism that I experienced at New Sound Hearing (NSH.) I've waited 4 weeks to write this review so as to assess the results of my visits. The professionalism and detailed information about my hearing condition have been "outstanding," and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend NSH. This is the best NewSound Hearing Center ever! The resident receptionist and audiologist are amazing, informative, and caring. They don’t just work at NewSound. They ARE NewSound. I’ve been needing hearing aids nearly my entire life and not only did they make my experience relaxing and relatable but they educated me. This was a great experience in that the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt that I was getting good care. Since then I have been able to hear much better, enjoyed conversations with my wife and others. I consider this office to be MY ear doctor from now on and will certainly recommend them to others.

I learn a lot about my ears and how to take care and cleaning of them. I learn the sound that I have problems hearing. I also learned about the new hearing aids. I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Baker and assistant.

Melaudy was extremely helpful. I am not a patient at this location but she went out of her way to help me over the phone. She was able to solve one of the issues and gave me great advice on what I need to do to handle the rest. Great customer service.

Lloyd Barker greated me at the door along with the very sweet Receptionist, Melonie.( Not sure I spelled her name correctly). I didn’t even sit in a waiting room, he called me back and made the necessary changes to my hearing aides. I was finished in 30 minutes with my next appointment scheduled for July. Will be very happy to refer others to this facility. They are very concerned to ask how I am was doing and to explain in detail what I would be experiencing in the next 3 months and to contact his office if the adjustment to “experienced” was not working or if I was having any trouble.
