Apparently this store has their own policies compared to the corporate policy. Love AE but will never return to this store. I was refused a return from a purchase made a week before (with a receipt) because "i wore the item". Keep in mind it was jeans that i didn't realize were too short when i sit down.I literally wore them for a couple hours before putting them back in the bag to return.

Staff is very friendly and gives you one-on-one assistance with your fittings and purchases. If you can’t find something in your size, staff will check the back for you.

Rude employees with a sense of entitlement. I will never, ever shop here again and immediately canceled my credit card after the terrible service I received today. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The store was clean, the staff was friendly and greeted us upon entering. They seem to have a variety of options for both the summer and upcoming fall. I will definitely return and recommend this location. Note: Pay attention to how to enter this location.

Salesperson was very good. However when reaching the cashier, he had to help a customer (who was checking out) retrieve another item of clothing. This let only 1 cashier and a growing line of people waiting for the cashier to return. Don't blame the cashier as he was very helpful pervade providing another staff member may be required??

The same American Eagle store, 5 stars because they do care about your health. Waiting when the store is full capacity may be inconvenient for some but once you go inside, having more space to browse and shop is really nice, specially during covid pandemic/flu season. Thanks management and staff for having this in place.

Love American Eagle, but would recommend going to another store. Staff is rude, store is not stocked enough and is also scattered. Will definitely make sure to either just order online or go to another store in a different town.

Nice clothes but get a credit card and it will ding your score regardless of what they tell you. :-(

I love American Eagle but will literally never come to this location again, the staff is so rude. Everyone completely ignored us when we came in and they were all gathered around the checkout doing absolutely nothing, the little redhead was extremely sassy and rude my entire interaction with her. Definitely made us feel like we needed to be spending our money somewhere else.

Love this place , great employees with good customer service. Although the place can use a remodel and air conditioning in the mall in general.

Worse corporate team, racist beyond repair. No credentials for any employee. Truly saddened that such a good company has horrible and hypocritical people working for them. Do better
