    It's really horrible for a veteran like myself having to look for assistance in the plumbing dept and when I did find someone in the paint dept that employee was being so sarcastic with me and telling me all you got to is press this button I said idk that sir and he stated to me that Lowe's is short handed really you are going to say that to me then who's helping the customers very sad and I won't be back at Lowe's anytime soon 👎

    No service, we spent over $8,000 for lumber and materials. Could not find concrete blocks and was told to go look for them on the side and behind store when there was 3 young workers standing there BSing. NO HELP. Then found a young girl at service desk who was helpful. Those college kids are there not to work but for only for a check.

    Lowes is essential for me to continue business. I depend on their great selection of material to keep the local Cemeteries looking good! The staff sets this store apart from all the others!! From upper management to the person working their first shift, they are always asking to lend a hand or help find what I need.

    The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible. Never any employees in any isles, and dont even try to on make a payment at the store. The service desk will tell you to go to a register then register will tell you to go to customer service. The one time I made a payment at the contractor desk, they applied payment incorrectly and the payment didnt clear their system for two after payment was taken from my account. The store manager is never available.

    Lowe's has been a little above average. Not gonna knock on them about the veterans discounts but seems most know what isle to find stuff in & mostly still affordable. Better than homo depot.

    Not real sure how they compare to other home improvement stores. One thing is different the workers don't change directions when they think you need help finding things in the store.

    I deliver to Lowes all across the country and know that arriving at 0700 is a waste of time as that is when they are loading their installers and their own delivery trucks. Arriving at 0800 with nobody in the dock should not delay my day just because you have people running late, but on the way. Your delivery driver didn't arrive until 0845, more than enough time for unloading 7 pallets of product.

    I go to Lowe's to buy flooring, but I don't like that they don't carry luan plywood to level floors, I always have to go to home Depot, they have the plywood for 16 bucks each....and if Lowe's has them they will run 25 or more.

    I have to say Joe in Flooring was a HUGE help!! He knew what he was talking about, gave his recommendations on questions I had, & pointed me in the direction I needed to go when I asked about things. I will definitely be going back & specifically asking him for help. I appreciate the help tremendously Joe!! Keep up the GREAT customer service. :)

    Give good recommendation to these 3employees. Brianda (Sales Associate Plumbing) she helped me in hardware department even though she doesn't work in that department & was very helpful & friendly to the customer services I needed. Angela (Front End) Who helped me out with the services I needed with finding Flags Haeleigh (Front End) Very helpful in gardening department with plant finding & potting soil decisions & check out Service's 💯 A very thank you to all 3of you Kingsville Texas Employees 👏🏽💯

    Customer Servive at Kingsville Lowe's was very disappointing for a couple of reasons. Went into buy 25 bags of mulch and asked for help to load. The checker in the Garden Section paged for help 3 times. Never got a response. I went to the Returns Area and told her that I wanted to get a refund because I never got help loading the mulch even though help was requested 3 times. The only thing she said was "I saw the guy going out the front door, but I don't know what he was doing". Instead of trying to get me some help, she called the Garden Section to verify that the mulch was not loaded. Then she said, "Do you want me to give the credit back on your Lowe's card?" I guess the only thing she know how to do is give out returns because she did not even attempt to help me out. Not what I call good Customer Service... I gave it one star only because the checker at the Garden Area was as equally frustrated and I was..........

    I like them better than one in Corpus. If they don't have a simple recipe to solve the problem they'll suggest a workaround. Corpus people do not.

    Men’s bathroom had water all over the floor and smelled like people use the bathroom on the floor, waited at the paint counter for over 10 minutes at the paint section, while several workers asked if I needed help or if I’ve been helped and no one ever showed up. Came to Walmart and and saved money on everything I was about to buy. I’m glad Walmart has the items I was looking for and for a cheaper price! I’ll be going anywhere but lowes for a long time.

    If you're into cabinets this is the place. I went cabinet spotting and saw some cool ones out in the wild. Nearly extinct thanks to the great cabinet hunt in 1999 it's nice to see they are making there way back into the population.

    Very unhappy with the Kingsville Lowe’s in store customer service. They don’t great you (honestly they kind of ignore you), they scatter when there is a line, and worst of all the don’t even try to solve your problem!! Luckily I used to work customer service at Home Depot and I had to literally tell the worker how to trouble shoot and effectively do their job. Customer service reps are suppose to be problem solvers!! Atleast try.

    They need to work on their service... needed some help to buy a fridge was waiting over 30 mins kept going to the reception and back...till I decided to just leave and ended up ordering it online

    I paid for a job, but they won't do it. They've rescheduled me 6 times and show no sympathy when they do it. It like they dont care! I'm still waiting on some help from customer service but they seem to know NOTHING. Absolutely clueless college kids left to do the job of higher-ups. Go to the Corpus Christi location if your looking to get something done.

    Mixed bag on the experience, but I bumped them up one for their ability to provide mixed paint samples at a reasonable cost, relatively quickly. Word of warning, if you order online and your order does not go to the locker, check-in from your phone and have them bring it to your car. The process if you go in is painful, first waiting in the returns line to pickup your order.
