I had my first appointment with Tess last week and I can honestly say it was the best experience. I have been to a couple of places that I just don’t vibe with or feel I’m just getting pushed to buy certain products but Tess was so thorough, easy to understand when going through the skin analysis/observe. We spoke about my goals and what would work best and without any pushy sales I made my own mind up to purchase some products and book my next appointment. I have been seeing Jenae and Tessa at JK Skin for the last 6 months to correct a few skin issues that I have. I always have such a wonderful experience with the girls, they have such extensive knowledge on skin and products appropriate for me. I booked in for a complex skin assessment for my very first visit where I discussed all of my skin history, diet, medication and baseline photos were taken which help me refer back to see progress. The clinic is very clean and welcoming with parking really accessible. I'll continue to book in at JK Skin Beautique as I feel my skin has never been in better condition.

I had my first appointment this past week and I can’t even begin to explain the level of detail and knowledge Tess has! I had the most thorough skin consultation, followed by a list of a few custom skin products that would benefit my skin and some tips for combatting my skin issues. Tess was so so lovely and wasn’t pushy at all with the selling of products, I felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I first came to Jenae in 2021 on the recommendation of a coworker after a different skin therapist worsened my skin. Jenae did a full Observ analysis of my face, including six different lights/layers and gave me a full breakdown of what it all meant, including a treatment plan. I’ve been seeing her for regular facials and products ever since. My skin went from all out acne mayhem to an intense purge for other health reasons—Jenae supported my skin through it all and helped it get to be clear and glowing as it is now. I recommend her to anyone who will listen.
