A lovely walking / running track around the Wetlands. It's about 5 km around the circular path and not too crowded at all. Dogs are allowed on leash given the wealth of wildlife in the area, and there's an off leash dog park towards one side of the Wetlands. As the name suggests, the grass can get very damp during certain months, but the trail is generally clear.

Absolutely beautiful place to walk and do cycling.

A native wetlands wonderland. Plenty of birds, including ducks, hooded plovers and egrets. Easy to get to from Bicentennial Park or Patterson River.

It's a great walking track. The circuit I walk is about 5kms lots of wildlife and serenity.

Fantastic place for everyone from joggers, families, everyone looking for different things. Plenty of space to walk, jig or just take in nature. From the Patterson river through to Bicentennial park, there is something for everyone. A wonderful space for all to enjoy.

Great turnaround point if you are doing the Chelsea Bicentennial Parkrun. There is always a friendly person there cheering you on. Every Saturday from 8 to 9 am.

Lovely semi rural area- great for long walks.

Good bike/walking tracks. Fair bit of birdlike. Not crowded.

Awesome walk for the 🐶 if your going to venture into the middle of the grasslands I suggest taking a decent pair of waterproof shoes/boots as it floods from time to time!
