...another of Melbourne's iconic local piers/beaches, @Seaford ⛱️ with beautiful clear water. It appears to be a beach where dogs are permitted with their owners, which is GR8 for pet owners and good to know in case U aren't a dog person or if U have young children keep it in mind, there will be a few pets running around or in the water. Carpark access is nice and close to the beach and @ time of this review the paid parking was $3.20 per hr. πŸš™πŸš—πŸŽοΈπŸš˜ Also there are lots of local shops & eats across the road from Seaford pier/beach (like ice-cream & fish & chips etc.). πŸ›€οΈπŸš‡ The train Station is literally a walk across from the beach πŸŒŠβ›±οΈ which is fantastic for people using public transport instead of the car. ~Enjoy! πŸ‘Œβœ¨πŸ€—πŸ–οΈπŸŒŠπŸ¦˜πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

For me it is the best beach in Victoria, simply beautiful, the sand, the sunsets are indescribable, you have a cafeteria on the beach, you have to be careful in the parking lot, if you spend time it is very sure that they will give you a ticket. on the pier you can fish, you can do jumps, I think it's one of the main attractions for the local kids, it's a lot of fun even just watching them jump over and over again. If you are thinking of doing a jump make sure the water is high enough to do it safely, or just watch how they do it. if you are in the place you have to go!

Love it. So beautiful. Has such a nice feel to it. Love how it has a small beach town feel to it and watching people jump into the water at the end of the pier.

This beach is incredible! High tide or low tide, it's shallow enough to walk all the way out nearly to the end of the pier, but also has deeper sections to jump off the pier into! No rips, gentle rippling waves, perfect view of the sunset and an incredible view of the city from afar. Easily the best beach I've ever been to πŸ‘

My local pier so I may be a little bias. Everyone is always friendly, the beach is clean, there's good fishing and there is enough parking in the area.

Relatively short pier but has a lovely view. Very peaceful and serene area with a pretty beach.

Seaford Beach in Victoria is a coastal gem. Its iconic pier offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for leisurely strolls or fishing. A must-visit for a serene seaside escape. Its also worth watching the sunset.

It's a nice place for families and kids as the beach is quite clean and has shallow waters. Pier is beautiful too...

Nice spot to hang out on a hot day. Shallow water. Shower rinse off facility and toilet available on site.

Always love coming here, except parking is hit and miss. Tiny car park and on a remotely warm day, it's like winning lotto getting a park. However it is a great spot to dip your toes.

The pier was packed with kids jumping off of it and swimming because it was a 30 degree day so that's understandable. The beach isn't too bad on high tide and I did manage to catch a flat head around the flats. Unsure if I will go back but I might on a quieter day or in a different season.

Waded around and went out so far as the tide was out. So walked out nearly to the end of the pier and was still touching the bottom. The water was warm and crystal clear. Loved it lots

A wonderful place to watch the sunset of Port Phillip Bay, sand bars make the beach a safer place for kids to play in the water

Good for diving. May not suitable for young baby (below 3years) as beach area isn’t very large.

Great memories of this pier! It's probably been 15 yrs.. was an old rickety pier we used to come late at night to finish off the remaining fishing bait on flatheads for a bit of fun! It's sooo good now that it has been redeveloped! with a cafe and facilities.

Beautiful place. The main attraction is the long pier. Beautiful sunsets during summer.

Excellent accessible pier and foreshore. Can get busy as it's close to the shopping precinct. But nice for a brief stop, especially at sunset!

Getting rebuilt and is nearly finished. You can see some amazing sunsets here and there are often a large number of photographers around trying to get that shot.

Great beach for the kids. The sand bars make it great for them to play in the shallows. Also fun to jump off the end of the pier if the tide is up!
