Great fast circuit! I was there with the Mercedes-Benz event team going around in A45S, C63S coupe and sedan and E63S models. It rained on the Thursday and sunny on the Friday so got to experience all sorts of different racing techniques. The facilities and food was nice. We flew in by helicopter and landed near the car park area inside the track. They could have probably swept the circuit during our lunch breaks. That would have helped remove any of the bits of melted tyres etc which becomes flying debris when you're close behind a vehicle in front of you.

I've carved up the vast majority of motorcycle 🏍 tracks in Australia over the years... Let me tell you, 325km/h is where it's at. Great track, well run, Cali Superbike School guys are great. Motards and 600cc's, try white group... Definitely worth the trip, even though you have to go through Melbourne, and that's never good.

We went there for the MotoGP race and purchased the VIP village passes. The space overlooked the start/finish straight. You really can't ask for better than that. Our hosts Birgit and Oliver took time to remember all of our names and to introduce us to others that were sitting at our table. They were always smiling and making sure everything was perfect. The food was perfect and the beverages were great too. All the staff and security were professional and attentive. The only bad part was the weather that canceled the fun on Sunday. Phillip island was the highlight of our trip to Australia. It really was a bucket list place. Now I need to tell you about what we Americans think of Australia. It is our understanding that everything wants to kill you. Crocodiles, sharks, platypus, snakes of many varieties, jellyfish, and all the spiders. It's that last that is the one I encountered at PI. I was standing outside looking down at the people in the paddock enjoying the fresh air. I was chatting with the woman that was in charge of checking credentials of those entering the VIP area. She looked at me and shrieked then ran inside. She returned in seconds with a tissue and thrust it at my shoulder. Apparently a giant Sydney redback brown wolf huntsman spider was preparing to attack me. She smashed it with the tissue and crumpled up the tissue without me even seeing it. She told me she is deathly afraid of spiders and without regard to her own safety saved my life. Jenny Crupi is her name and she is a true hero, she saved my life from this murderous arachnid. I will remember her and my trip to PI forever.

Super track, best gocarts I've ever driven. It's a must do if your ever in Melbourne. Well priced and organised. But you must book on line to get your timings booked in

Extremely exciting place for the Forza and F1 lovers..It gives thrilling experience for F1 and Go karting...The track is exact replica of the F1 track in the vicinity hence we can resemble the challenges faced by F1 drivers during the race..You can even take kids in Tandem carts if they're more than 200mm. But if you want to really try your limits, I'll recommend driving solo...

A fairly good place to kill some time on weekends with your family or mates! They have some merchandise, sim racing ($10 for a 10 minute session), cafe and a track view. The washrooms were neat as well. Couldn't try the food at the cafe though. Sim is a tough one to do a clean lap and 1 session isn't enough to master it. The seats don't move while you are driving, it would have been more fun if they upgraded them. Nothing much to do on a non race weekend.

Not to be missed for sure. Casual and laid back atmosphere good provision for disabled attendees although it would have been good if people had not been allowed then to set up gazebos in front of their parking/viewing area as we saw elderly having to move out of their car and find a better place to view. Not easy with a walking frame!! And plenty of other spaces for those gazebos to go.. it's not a crowded event. Better ticket deal this year than the failed Holeshot option we were given last November. Good opportunities to meet riders. Food stalls not so good. More trade stalls please. Good traffic control and very friendly officials. As usual we had 4 seasons in a day..Good one Phillip Island πŸ˜€

Wasn't the grand prix at the race track but a Mercedes special event for customers. Bu i was very impressed with the track and the facilities there. A lot of money has been spent keeping it all good for spectators and racers.

This famous international racetrack was first used in 1952. Great experience for racing. afficionados. Best to come on weekends and public holidays (when there is most likely a race) PRO TIP: For non-afficionados, you can take a peak at the racing cars from the perimeter fences. The sight and the roaring sound already feels like being inside the racetrack.

Did the ride from Brisbane down to the motogp with a group of mates. Had a great time. Unfortunately the worst weather in years/history. Most of sunday was cancelled and terrible weather meant riding to the track was dangerous. The speed of the bikes coming off the main straight is something to experience. Certainly those fellows have balls of steal.

A great place to visit. From the track, Motorsport Museum and Go Karts. Staff are welcoming and helpful. It's a great place to visit to watch MotoGP, Superbikes and also for the smaller events both motorbikes and car where you can park the car along the track and watch the races. It's very well presented and the scenery is great. I highly recommend a visit.

Moto GP weekend in Oct 23. You just don't get the full understanding of the pace and sound of the bikes on TV. A must to visit in person!

Our boys were keen to try out the go carts as we were in the area. The place is right next to the main Phillip island trace track and apparently is a smaller replica. We came just before the 9am opening and there was already a small crowd. There was a sign at the front door saying everything was booked out so we were expecting to be turned away but strangely that wasn't the case as we spoke to a staff member and asked if they could accommodate myself and my two kids and they were happy to oblige. After going through the registration process we paid for a single for my eldest and we got a tandem for my youngest and we were booked in for the 9:30 am session. We were called in for the safety briefing video around 9:40 and were fitted with helmets and in our karts just before 10am. In our session there were about 5 tandems and maybe 14 singles. We were out for, what seemed like, 15 minutes on the track but perhaps it just seemed longer than it was. Track was smooth flowing and easy enough to navigate. I guess it helps when you have more experienced drivers on the track that aren't crashing. For the most part it's luck of the draw if one karr is faster than another. In our case, despite us being lighter occupants than other tandem kart users they were pulling away from us on the straights even when slip streaming... Can't do much about that. Fun day nevertheless.

I didn't like go karts until I went here. The track felt more open and less constrictive and made me feel a lot more safe. The accelerator and brake were both easy to use. One thing I would say though, the steering was stiff so make sure to slow down for turns. The staff were super friendly and nice as well.

The Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit Go Kart experience offers an exhilarating fusion of motorsport and recreational entertainment. The meticulously designed track ensures an authentic racing atmosphere, allowing enthusiasts to channel their inner drivers. The karts' performance and safety measures are well-considered, promoting an engaging yet secure experience. The circuit's scenic backdrop adds an extra layer of visual appeal. However, providing detailed insights about kart specifications could engage motor enthusiasts further. This attraction stands as a dynamic platform for both amateurs and seasoned drivers, exemplifying the thrill of racing in a controlled and captivating environment.

As a part of my Sperm Donation Australia tour of Victoria, I headed to Phillip Island on Good Friday, expecting most things to be closed. I seeked out the iconic GP track, remarkable venue.

A big fan of motorcycle racing but found the WorldSBK so much more relaxed and the riders approachable. Even ended up under the podium with the team members at the end of the race. Highly recommend to anyone

A good rural circuit! Was here for the SpeedSeries and it was a good sized crowd for the circuit's capacity. Could see if getting it jammed up with cars during bigger events. Very poor public transport options too.
