Caroline was amazing with Minnie's first proper groom. She listened to how I wanted our cavoodle puppy to look and it was exactly how I imagined it. We highly recommend you take your dog/puppy for a groom with Caroline at Petstock Chelsea. She is the absolute best :)

Amazing service!! I went in, about a week ago, for some dog food for my little scruff but unfortunately they didn't have the item in stock. A lovely worker named Claire told me brb and she literally got a plane and flew to the dog food manufacturers and picked me up all of their supply!! She did all of this in about 20 minutes, big hats off to Claire amazing service!

I regularly buy crickets for my beardie and cat food here. The staff are knowledgeable when it comes to all sorts of pets. They have a good range of pet supplies given the fact their shop is a relatively small one compared to others. I also found out from Kea, one of the staff, that they accept donations of pet food to help organisations that are under the pump. That warmed my heart to see such a great initiative. They run a puppy training school and have cat lodging as well. I'm not sure about dogs. They have a DIY dog wash in their car park as well. Overall, great little place to go for your pet needs.

I don't live in the Chelsea area but drive specifically to this place because the staff are absolutely amazing every single time. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly. Other places closer to home I've popped into can be a hit or miss.

Our dog was groomed today by Caroline and it was absolutely sensational. She did an awesome job and to top it off put a bow on our dog which made her look even better. Couldn't be more happy with the price and especially the service. Thanks Petstock Chelsea and thank you Caroline 👍👍👍

A PetStock is a PetStock, however the staff here were particularly helpful so I thought I'd rate it 😊 We stopped here on the way home from picking up our new puppy and (I wish I could remember his name) the guy who helped us find things was just really great and helpful. He took his time with us, and helped us pick out what turned out to be the only range of collars small enough to fit her. Along with giving us a few sample sachets of treats to use. This was about a month and a half ago now and she is still wearing the collar on the smallest setting 😅 P.S If you think our baby girl is as adorable as we do, we are one of the cringe people who have an Instagram page for our dog.
