If your expecting Mike to pick up the phone and be friendly, I'd contact another locksmith. My two phone calls with Mike were unpleasant. When I called him for the second time to arrange a time, he asked what price he originally quoted me. I replied with his quote for him to reply with "do you want to try again, before I hang up ? " After that phone call, once he quoted me the "real" price, I was relieved he showed his true colours over the phone, instead of in person.

Mike is great. We had an old BMW and needed a new key. Much better price than the dealer, and he's mobile, so he arrived perfectly and made another key, perfectly. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for your prompt service and professionalism. I understand Renault keys a pain but Mike nailed it. To Renault owners if you want some serious sticker shock contact your local dealer who will be more than happy to throw a heavy number at you and tell you its only 5 to 6 weeks from France. I had 2 keys cut for about half the the cost of a French key the same day. The numbers worked for me.

Key fob for renault scenic was not working. Rang two renault dealerships. 3 weeks wait to book in for diagnostic check. Diagnostic check qouted at $190 per hour. 6-8 weeks for new card (over $400) to be sent from france. Mike's sent an automotive locksmith to my house the next morning. In 15 minutes my new card was ready. $295. Great service.

Have used this service before which is why we used it again. He is awesome, on time, prompt, turns up when he says he’s going to, is very reliable and very quick and efficient. Would not hesitate in recommending him. Replies to messages or queries in a very timely manner. He comes to you so there are no hassles with appointment times, keeps you in the loop with his ETA.
