We were all craving for a milk shake so we decide to get the cookie shake. The person who took the drive through was nice and polite and she made our shake soo delicious.

Went here today ordered a number 26. The worker only gives me the sandwich and I say I ordered the combo. He says I didn't. I was like bro what do you think can I get a number 26 means. If I ordered the sandwich only, I would have said the sandwich by its name not can I get a number 26. Second time this has happened. You need to train your staff better or least get ones who can understand the menu.

The best jack in the box tacos I've ever had. They fried them when I ordered and they were super crunchy. Their Oreo shakes are always the best.

The reason why I'm giving this a low rating has nothing to do with the employees. It has to do with the AC that does not work. I'm here now and it's so hot in here. This is unacceptable. This can end up in a liability for a law suit. I mean it's as hot as outside maybe even freshest outside. This is unacceptable period! The the owner don't be so cheap and fix the AC

Pretty bad food. I had a Southwest Chicken salad. Ordered it crispy and got grilled chicken. The rest was so-so - beans, charred corn kernels, cheese, cherry tomatoes, all OK. Also ordered a cheeseburger that was bad. Cheese not melted, not very warm or tasty.

I love this jack in the box. Their drive thru is always quick.

My go to breakfast on the road is the Supreme 🥐Croissant and I've never been served a bad one. That is until yesterday! The egg was hot, but the cheese was cold to the touch and the overall assembly was very sloppy. I will stick to the other two locations I frequent and never revisit this location.
