Went in to establish as a new patient bc my old dentist quit taking my insurance. Tried to convince me I needed $16,000 worth of dental work. But, since I have insurance, I get such a “deal”. For only $6,000 I can get dental work I just got done, re-done. Only gave me an option of having a “deep clean” for $500, not covered by insurance. Refused to give me a regular cleaning… I’ve been to the dentist every 6 months for the past 10 years, at least. It’s not like this is the first time I’ve been in years… Nice try!

Your front office personnel need to know what is factual and what is not. I was told by Hannah in the Niceville office when I made my appointment that my hard reline on my denture was covered by my warranty. Thankfully I asked if there was a charge when I was taken to the back to have it done (My denture had to have a hard reline when it was brand new because Aspen could not get it to fit my mouth in 2021) Because of the service I received in the past there's absolutely no way I'm paying Aspen to hard reline my denture. I would rather give that money to a different facility. And no I don't care if it voids my 'awesome' 🙄 Comfy lite warranty that doesn't cover anything anyway. I walked out!

Just felt more like I was at a car dealership than at the dentist. Everyone was super nice, but just seemed odd how I was with the office manager longer, talking about finances and loans for my teeth “plan”, then with the actual dentist looking at my teeth. Came in for a cleaning, left with no cleaning and an estimate for $17,000. Maybe this is the way Aspen does things and I was unaware.

Thought I had finally found a local dentist and was happy with everything....then I confirmed via text for my cleaning appointment and later that day they call me having to reschedule for 4 months later. So 4 months later the day before my appointment almost 5 o'clock they call me to reschedule. Are you kidding me? I said you are rescheduling me again she said yes ma'am I said no cancel it I'm so over this place.

If you are a new patient, they charge crazy prices for unnecessary "special" cleanings. If you try to schedule online, they will screw you over by making you a new patient appointment that they refuse to change to a regular cleaning. Find a better local option that will charge fair prices and treat you like a valued patient.

Rajiv Tuladhar, DMD has changed my life. I've always been ashamed of my teeth. I'm getting married in October and wanted to smile and feel amazing and he gave that gift to me. I was pleasantly surprised on the service I received at the Aspen Dental in Niceville, Florida. Everyone was kind all the way through my first visit. They took the time out to explain everything from taking my x-rays to the best way to treat some of the symptoms and the costs.

This location has been great until they hired new boss type desk clerk . I have been customer for previous four years On my appointment she tells me I have to pay 146+ 150 = almost 300 for cleaning and X-ray. Never have I paid such higher charges here but she disregarded my request for to speak Randell or Lisa . I will not go here

Monday Jan 8th. I arrived at my scheduled apt today 45 min early. 30 min after my scheduled appointment my name was called. As I was sitting in the dentist chair, I was told, today we will be doing a cleaning. But only on your left side of your mouth. I found that odd. I said I was wanting the whole mouth cleaned. I was told it can be done at an extra $90 dollars fee. I know my health insurance covers cleaning. But not half mouth, the whole mouth. I was shown the door. I'm sure they have some reason. But I wasn't prepared to have a half of my teeth cleaned now, or pay more to have all my teeth cleaned and have a extra cost option.

This Aspen dental was unlike any other Aspen dental locations I have been to. They took care of my scans and cleaning in one visit. It was rather impressive and refreshing to see a location that was on point. Super friendly staff! Brittany, Randall, Ashley and Dr. T were outstanding with my dental care today!

Be aware of this dentist office. It feels like you are in some type of a car dealership financing your dental work. I already had a billing issue with them last year. They tell you the amount you will be responsible to pay for then they send you a totally different bill to your house. Anytime I get there you have an exam and not cleaning. They show you itemized bill including special cleaning and tooth brush. Wasting my 2 hours in the office for X-rays and waiting to talk to the finance guy and no cleaning. I have never had a dentist office experience like that before. In normal office, you will get your cleaning and exam then if you need an extra treatment they schedule you for this and let you know how much the copay is. In this office you do everything backwards. SCAM alert! Overly charging

Aspen dental in Niceville is the best place I've been to by far. Everyone from the front desk, to the dentist, are very sweet and caring. I'm extremely terrified of going, but I trust my dentist, she is very professional, and very patient with my fear. Definitely my go to. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and caring staff. Explained all procedures and costs. But most of all took good care of my needs. Respectful of all my questions and gentle treatment. we will make them our providers.
