If I could leave no stars i would. Do not book with Vacasa and do Not book condo #1202! We booked for a week months in advance, payed in full and the day after we arrived, after we had just unpacked, put all the groceries we bought for the week and Finally made it down to the beach Vacasa called us and said we had to leave! We ran up to the condo, someone had Been Inside and we called demanding an explanation. They hung up on us 3 Times. Didnt want us to talk to a manager or supervisor. Told us they were charging us for the night and we had to leave and find our own place! Told them we weren't leaving, unless they gave us a full refund or found us a place and return some money for the inconvenience they said No and that the owners would show up in the morning, Kick Us Out and Press Charges! We live a 6-7 hour drive away. Everything was book or Overpriced its July! We had to repack not just our luggage but All the Groceries too, left around 7pm and made the 6-7 hour drive back home! Our whole vacation ruined. They didn't help us out At All! And the condo itself. . . Everything outdated, holes in the couches, broken coffee pot, no good cooking or baking wear, showers didnt work properly, made a lot of noise, handles were barely hanging on and had no water pressure. Only good thing was the view even though it was storming. Please dont book with Vacasa or Twin Palms condo #1202. They literally Kicked Us Out and not a single apology. I've Never experienced this, Ever. And nor do i Ever leave bad reviews. Go look at all my reviews, I am honest and try to be nice and positive. My friend and i were in tears on the drive home and so was her baby that didn't want to go home. His 1st time experiencing the beach and it was ruined for him. Never again Vacasa, NEVER AGAIN!

Stayed at Twin Palms Unit 601 from 5/30- 6/5 . Second day there an exterminator showed up without our request! Red flag number one! It wasn’t until after his spraying the unit that we began seeing roaches! Live roaches!! The unit was infested… kitchen cabinet drawers, bathrooms and on top of the fridge. As if that wasn’t enough, we discovered a bloody sheet on one of the beds. Called Book That Condo and made them aware. Housekeeping arrived and basically claimed that she had made the bed prior to our stay and it wasn’t like that. We went to the balcony while she was supposedly remaking the bed. Came in 15 minutes later to a stripped bed with NO linens. Another call to the booking agency. Claimed there was a language barrier and was calling to ask her to return. She did. And bed was remade. Discovered a ton of dust and dirt under the bed when an item was dropped and retrieved. Same as by the dishwasher. Grime that has had to have been there for months if not longer. The stove burners do not fit properly. Frying pans sit uneven even after trying to adjust the burners. The TV was older and very hard to operate with the three remotes to choose from. A maintenance person came to remedy that problem. This turned out to be the least of our concerns. The area rug in living room is worn and filthy. The dining chair cushions (vinyl) are peeled off and have seen better days. No extra blankets in the condo , towels are as rough as sandpaper, the beach chairs and umbrella provided are falling apart. The Adirondack chairs on the balcony are less than comfortable. As well as the oversized patio table and chairs! Way too much on the balcony to enjoy the space. The best thing we found was comfortable recliners even though they are older. The view was beautiful. Sunsets were very visible from the balcony. If there were exterminations, some much needed updates, and some money put into this condo, it may be a decent place to stay.

Had a great experience. Stayed in room 1203, owners were awesome and had everything that we would need to stay 5 days. Dishes, pots, pans, washer, dryer, towels, bedding and much much more. Everything was clean and very well taking care of. I couldn't ask for a better vacation. The pool was great and could walk 1 min to the beach. The room overlooked the Gulf...amazing view. I always felt safe here. We have stayed at a few places that were very scary. The owners even had 2 beach chairs for us. Great place to stay ...

Twin Palms was a great place to vacation. Condo was clean and a great location on the strip. Nice pool no frills. Nice place for A adult getaway or family vacations. Walk to the beech was just a few steps on the boardwalk. Just a great place overall. The leasing agent at RealJoy property's was easy to work with the rental and have a open phone line 24 7 and also communicate by text too. we will return asap.

This review is for the resort itself, NOT our condo. We've stayed at several places here in PCB. Never have we stayed on this end. We've always tried sticking to west end (Aqua, Calypso, Tide Water). And I must say, the location isn't bad. But nevermind the location. This place is CALM. The thing I was most excited about. This resort is much smaller than we normally go for. I'm so glad our owners We've been renting from had a place here. It's smaller and therfore not near as many people. Haven't had to wait on an elevator at all. Pool area is super nice & clean. Beach access is the best we've had. Hot tub outside is HOT & nice. Pool is clean. Jacuzzi inside is big. I really do wish they had an indoor pool though. 2 grills out on pool deck for you to use. Weve seen several people use them. If you can find a decent condo here, I would definitely jump on it. It is a bit older building, which you can tell but they've kept it well. Our condo is on the end, huge balcony. We will definitely be back. If our owners sell this condo, we will find another. The only issue we've had is that it is further from our fave places down at Pier Park. But, the drive isn't too bad. I probably couldn't say that during spring though.

Great place except for the parking. The price for parking passes and wristbands is higher than anywhere else on the beach. Love the balcony.

It wasn't very nice. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. They would not provide any more. There's a code for every door and gate. I won't stay here again!

Our favorite place to stay in PCB and the new maintenance/service man Phillips was the best we have had!!!

Booked an Air BNB here and NO REGRETS!! The condo was gorgeous and well maintained. The view was PERFECT! Everything worked appropriately. There were carts to use for luggage and such. The pool was clean and fun! We loved the hoses on the walkover to the beach access to rinse with.

We stayed here , checkin was after 4 and checkout was 10 that’s too early check out and late check in , expensive but view was amazing , balcony chair was cheap , kitchen was sticky and dishes. Overall good time

Condo 1001. No pantry. Master bed has a crunch sound when you move on it. No lounge chairs on balcony but nice high table set Came unbeknownst to us on Thunder Bike weekend. Loud motorcycles up and down Front Beach road until 3:00 am. Beach waves mixed with roaring motorcycles. Keep that in mind. Saw several dolphins, stingray, and a 4 foot shark minding its business swimming along the beach about 15 feet from shore. Beautiful Gulf of Mexico with water temperature of 75 degrees F

Great resort! Close to everything, beach was phenomenal. Dustin from the maintainence crew was very nice and friendly. We just came upon him during our stay not through any maintainance needs.

Cozy place on a quiet neighborhood street. Brand new salt water pool to enjoy.Strong A/C kept the place cool. Spent 4 days here. With the exception of the bbq grill & the patio furniture (pet hair), the place was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

I am giving this a 1 star rating for Vacasa for many reasons. The room itself is closer to 2.5 stars. I posted this review on the app but they never made it public so I’m posting it here as well. I also never received any response from Vacasa. Our original booking was for Twin Palms 1904. We booked it months in advance and we were really excited since it was for my wife’s birthday. We arrived an hour early and tried to checkin but were told that we had to wait. We came back at scheduled checkin time and found that the door code didn’t work. Customer support eventually got someone onsite to show up and they confirmed that the owner had changed locks about 1.5 hrs later. So now we have been standing outside on the 19th floor, it’s raining and windy. They try giving us a smaller room with 1 bedroom that we denied. They found 702 and we accepted it since it was a closer match and we could be inside finally. The door code that we were provided worked at first but didn’t work the following morning. Found that it was changed when the reservation was updated. Manager provided a 2nd parking pass and 2 additional wristbands. We also were credited an additional night which was nice. We tried to use the main living room tv but found that it didn’t have wifi working. Other tvs worked but not that one. Followed instructions and still no luck. Looked under tv and found Comcast cable modem. Tried rebooting but no fix. Called Comcast and they said no service for this room. Did more investigating and found the new Wi-Fi modem is in the closet with the washer and dryer. Rebooted that and tv worked finally. I unplugged the Comcast modem because it isn’t doing anything but causing confusion. The master bathroom shower water lines are still backwards as other reviews have mentioned. The closet door in there is broke and all you hear is furnace and water heater noises unless bathroom door is always closed. The toilet is also not connected to the floor properly so it shifts around when you try to use. We also had maintenance stop by randomly for a broken chair because the cleaners couldn’t carry it… it was a small chair that maintenance carried out with 2 fingers. 5 minutes after that incident someone is trying to unlock the door with a physical key and banging on the door. Found that it was a neighbor coming to fix a patio door but didn’t know we were there. Said he would wait but it was still unsettling to have happen. Communication is horrible between Vacasa and all other parties involved. Notified customer support and they just said thanks. The floor wasn’t cleaned very well. If we walked around barefoot, the bottom of our feet were black within minutes. Customer support offered to send cleaner but this should have been handled before guests arrive not during our stay. The dishes in the pantry were dirty so we had to clean what we wanted to use. The beach chair is rusted and broken but we didn’t realize until we dragged it all the way to the beach. On the day of our original checkout, Vacasa sent me checkout texts. I contacted support to get this corrected to our new date that was credited. They eventually got it straightened out but another stressful thing that could have been avoided if it was updated by Vacasa correctly. This of course changed our door code again and that wasn’t communicated to us. It just changed during the day while we were at the beach. Contacted support again (basically on speed dial now) to get resolved. Got the new code and back into the room. Luckily we had a good weather day at the end to enjoy more than just the view from the room. At this point I will never use Vacasa again unless they credit me a week at a different property. They had countless opportunities to wow me with customer service. Every time I was left wanting and waiting. Everyone that has been asking about my vacation hears about it too.

The only negative is the hot water will not accommodate two ppl taking their shower per room at once.

Beautiful place nice private and secure. The view was perfect our condo was great and definitely enjoyed the week.

I was very happy with our stay at Twin Palms, The only complaint I have is I was given the wrong pin for the parking garage, And the sofa was broken, the mattress on the sofa bed is horrible, Also the dryer didn’t work very well, But otherwise I loved it 😁 the beach access was awesome! And we had a great stay here,

Room was fine, the door locks were my biggest issue here. No card , they use a code and sometimes it doesn't work, and you have to call for a new one. Service was fine, building is clean.

The Twin Palms are very nice condominiums. The condos are easy to access via parking garage or stairs. The elevators work properly, and the employees I ran into were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend these condominiums.

Poolside restroom and inside pool was not accessible during our stay. Known that I would have found another condo.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now and usually have no issues. The views are fantastic. Unfortunately, this time that is where it stopped. We stayed in unit 1604. It was so damp, the furniture felt wet; clothes laying on the kitchen table were wet. The countertops were so gritty, nothing we did got rid of it. The garbage disposal didn’t work. It just felt gross. The ceiling in the master bedroom was brown.

Awesome stay. The guards are there until after midnight. It's Panama and some places you don't want to bring young kids. This place is cool for both scenes. If you want to party they will let you but don't let it get out of control and if you have your kids you don't have to worry about them seeing things they aren't supposed to see. I give this place for location and beach access a 10 out of 10
