I always have the worst experience here with the evening/night crew. I went today and the woman at the window acted like I was inconveniencing her. They ALWAYS put lettuce on my taco when I always ask for it without. I literally expect it now. That’s the first thing I check before I leave and it’s 99% of the time wrong. I’ve stopped taking it back to have them correct it because it’s $1 but it’s still annoying. The morning crew has always been very nice though.

I really did like this Taco Bell their food was fine . I am upset that I see homeless sleeping on and in the store yet I was parked here for 5 minutes eating my food in my car and a Hispanic worker called security on me . Is that necessary to do when could ask nice or out a 15 minute parking sign ? Yet homeless can sleep on the booths. Won’t be back

I was hopeful that this place was making a change for the better because it was under new management. After this evening I realized that nothing could be further from the truth. I ordered the 12 taco pack; 6 crunchy, 6 soft. I asked for the lettuce to be put on the side. That's the only thing they got right. When I got home I noticed that one of the tortillas on the soft tacos was completely orange from grease. That's when I went to inspect the rest of them. Every single one of them was full of grease...🤢 To make matters worse, I called the store in hopes of getting them remade and was told by the unprofessional and RUDE manager that, "it's great food so I dunno what you was expecting. I can remake them but they still gonna be greasy because I made it myself. I mean, I dunno what you want me to do. " And all of the times I have eaten there not once has the food EVER been greasy. I'm going to take what's left over to management in the morning and hope and pray for more understanding because this is absolutely unacceptable!

This Taco Bell restaurant was probably the cleanest restaurant we have visited in a long time! The ladies who did our order were so friendly. The Quality of food was better than expected. We had our family of 6 there, and all of our food was ready quickly with the right stuff. We normally don't eat fast food, but we'll definitely make this our go to stop when heading to the beach coming from Southern Alabama.

Your staff pissed me off ivwas there at 805 pm December 23 one of your staff met me at the door and stated the lobby is closed I called 8 minutes later some woman answered the phone I asked why was the lobby closed she said it's not. What kind of zoo are you running well I will not come there anymore you just lost a good customer

Not sure what is wrong with this particular Taco Bell. Every time I stop here, there are problems. Either a long wait to order, their card reader is broken, I have to pull around and wait on my order for 10+ minutes… or, like tonight, all of the above. Around 1/2 the time, they get the order wrong, either missing items, or getting the wrong order all together. Whomever is running this place either doesn’t know that the service here is terrible, or doesn’t care. It hasn’t gotten any better. Recommend you avoid this place, you would be better off driving across town to a different Taco Bell.

I would give them a zero if it would let me. I went in to get a Mexican pizza and a chicken Chalupa no sour cream. Everything was completely wrong, including the Mexican pizza, which was a pile of mush in the corner of the box. By the way, they changed their menu ingredients on that Mexican pizza. Worst idea you could ever have is to use these corn chips as a Mexican pizza chip. Will never return.

pathetic. waited 12 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. my order was incorrect. hire someone who actually works and cares about your customers. it’s not that hard to do things right. also tried to call 3 times about my incorrect order and nobody answered. overall, disappointing to say the least. the owner of this particular location should feel embarrassed because it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Employees there are nice in front of the customers if they choose to actually talk to the customers when they come into the building, on three occasions in a row I have not gotten what I have ordered. My order is very simple one Mexican pizza, 1 Soft shell taco, and 1 brean burrito minus onions... Yet somehow every time it ends up with onions. I also love how when asked what sauce do you want and you tell them and they either give you the wrong sauce or none at all. I ignored it the first time the second time I talk to a supervisor on the night shift and told him my issues. To comp me by coming in whenever I was available and I could reorder up to what I paid for on the 1st receipt, but the third time being today. 04/05/20 Ok well here's a up date .. Waited a little longer in drive through than normal but thats ok.. But whats not ok is not making something the right way at all..

Sat in line for over 50 minutes, order my food. Simple 2 Mexican pizza meals, one regular and 1 with soft tacos. Get it and none are Supreme like they are suppose to be. I was even asked and they still messed it up. Figured the girl in the window was by herself as long as it took and once I got to the window there were multiple employees all laughing and having a good time. I didn't even get a thank you as I paid.

Any time I order online, I PAY for chicken upgrade on gorditas crunch & even ask the to make sure it's correct when I pick up, they still don't... Plus the beef smells like wet dog food. Only positive is they have a decently swept P.L.

Boyfriend and I took our lunch togethor and decided to try the new chicken crispinatas at Taco Bell. We went to the Taco Bell on Mary Esther and went through the drive through and they told us they could only take orders inside. So we went to the Taco Bell on eglin, they were out of the new crispinatas. So we ordered two steak quesadillas, a spicy potato taco, and two Baja blast freezes. The Baja blast freeze machine isn’t working so they asked if we wanted different freezes instead and we decided on getting just one instead of two. We get to the window and she gives us two freezes and charged us for two instead of just one (we ignored it) she gives us our bag of food and we leave the window soon to realize we didn’t get what we ordered. There was three chicken tacos in there, so we go back around and tell the lady we got the wrong order and she sat and stared at us with a annoyed look on her face and says “we can’t take the order back once it’s left the building”. She takes our receipt and she can see our receipt is correct and we did infact get the wrong food. She tells us to go park and the manager will come out to talk to us. We wait for about 15 minutes and the same girl comes out with our original receipt and a notepad and asks us what we ordered (even though the receipt in her hand she took from us says what we ordered) she doesn’t write anything down and says the manager will come out soon. So we wait some more and she comes back out with a new bag of food. We leave and park to quickly eat our food since we hardly have any time left on our lunch break. Only to find out the order was still wrong. 🙄🙄

Honestly terrible. Customer service, terrible. Good quality, terrible. Prices, terrible. I don’t understand why people even eat at these places still. It’s pretty sad when they have online exclusives and you can’t even order them online because they aren’t available at any of their locations. TAKE IT DOWN. Also pretty sad when their online hours say they’re opened but when you drive all the way there they aren’t. TAKE IT DOWN. Just sad.

This is the best taco bell. the employees are amazing! they always are so kind and have a good attitude. i’ve never once received bad service here. i’ve even gotten free drinks when i didn’t order drinks! i love taco bell, and everyone being so kind makes this taco bell my favorite to go to. as well i’ve never had any issue with my food, it’s never been messed up or wrong. thank you to the amazing employees here!!

Newly remodeled store is nice. Staff took way too long though to acknowledge us at the mobile order pickup counter considering we were the only people in store and had been standing there for at least 5 minutes. Order was correct which was nice and apparently something the Beal Pkwy location can't seen to get a grip on.

The young shift lead that was working the drive through was great and made sure I had everything I needed in my order, he deserves a raise ☺️ was around 8pm

No sweet tea, 3 drinks no carrier, workers don’t say anything or smile just say “here”.

Understand the spicy potatoes soft tacos are a dollar but the main thing is potatoes where are they at?

This is my favorite tacobell ! Best service, fastest service, food is always correct! Val is the best worker yall have hands down! She's always so sweet and makes sure everything is correct! She's the goat!

The kids and I love taco bell and taco town and we only have certain things that we get from both of them! Taco Town is local and we support the mom & pop restaurant in our community and we are very family oriented so I have worked for local small businesses and so have my children and my family has been here since 1953. In Okaloosa County and my children are growing up here now so I am all about local people and businesses!

It was a busy day! Even they accidentally switched our order to other person they apologized and corrected it.. and gave us extra for inconvenience.. very nice crew we made mistakes so no reason to get mad about...

Pulled in the drive thru at 1030 and was told they were out of product they were waiting for the other store to bring them some so now the one on Mary Esther doest take cash or credit depending on the night and this one don't have food why is taco bell paying these employees if I have to drive all the way down Beal to eat then they should be the only one open

The app let me order food items the restaurant wasn't prepared to make yet but they were able to get a similar order completed for me and we're very friendly

Tried the chicken power bowl. Not bad but messily prepared with part of the ingredients spilled over the side of the bowl. Might try it again at a different location and compare.

Stay away from this location. Manager is a control freak. While staying in the area for personal business and trying to decide if I wanted to move here, on two separate occasions this man singled me out and told me I was to eat and get out. I had hoped to use their free wifi service during my meals while working. As a traveling photographer, I rely on local establishments to assist with posting to Facebook, answering emails and other marketing and business tasks I do from my phone to be able to run my business. Especially since my computer was recently stolen. Manager profiles people he believes are homeless. Avoid this taco bell.

Clean. Such good food, made fresh and hearty. Employees showed kindness toward kids!

was good, the order didn't come out right. Went and told them they fix it. The food was good and hot, we dine in. I don't know what is going on with Taco Bell but later on that night, my husband and I started having diarrhea. This has happened 2 times visited Taco Bell. We won't be back..

Best Taco Bell in the area - - way better service and quality than the others. Definitely worth driving across town just to pick up a quick bite. Friendly service, the meat and beans are piping hot, the lettuce & tomatoes nicely chopped and still cold, and the hardshell tacos are still crisp on the bottom even after arriving back home. 😳
