Went to the drive-thru and got a scoop of the vanilla yogurt and chocolate chip, the vanilla yogurt tasted sour and the chocolate chip had freezer burn ice throughout, my two year old tasted them first and spit them out. I called just to tell them and the young man who answered said he’d go taste it. LOL. I worked at BR as a teen so I totally get it-I wouldn’t care either but hopefully these are just new tastes (laughs in sarcasm) and not just old, also, 1.29 for sprinkles?! Thanks, inflation 🤯 would not return.

i took my niece to extend her celebration for achieving A/B honors last night. I thought about this Baskin Robbins will the best place to be and create memories.. The staffs were super friendly and helpful especially Liam., my niece and I had a wonderful experience dining in. the atmosphere of the store is clean and friendly.definitely recommend this for a treat! the ice cream here are always to the T.

I understand prices are going up but $4.90 for the smallest single scoop is absurd. I hate to see a kiddie scoop. I was visiting here several times a week and the scoops were getting smaller and smaller. Today’s visit did it for me. A sad scoop for $4.90. Not worth it.

We slid 12 cards and none of them would go through. One of them was even discover I had $20,000 on one of the cards. They kept saying saying that my card was locked. They wanted me to swipe for each shake, but they would have really locked my card.

Second time going to this store and employees are super rude and this time did it in for me!!! Ordered a large milkshake and ice cream for my wife and kids. My milkshake was STRAIGHT MILK with a scoop of ice cream in it. I have never seen a “MILK” shake like that. So I said ma”am this is not good and I would rather just get ice cream and I’ll pay the difference. She said ok then went and made ice cream then came back and said that will be $8.19 and I was like I already paid $8 for the milk shake and she said we’ll just bc you didn’t like it doesn’t mean we don’t charge you! Wow just horrible place with the worst milk shake I have ever tasted unless you like a glass of milk with a table spoon of ice cream in it!!!! And they kept the milk shake and still charged me

Loved my first experience! Customer service is amazing, ice cream is delicious and affordable. Thanks to all the hard workers there they're great especially during rush hour.<3

I ordered a chocolate malt through drive through. It was more like chocolate milk. So I went in and the kid that made it said it was his first day and he didn’t know how to make them. So another guy that was very nice remade it. However he made it with chocolate ice cream! It’s to be made with vanilla and chocolate syrup! Consistency is needed because I get it different ways

Came in looking for peach ice cream - they didn't have that but they had 3 awesome employees that made the experience great. It's often you leave with a smile from great customer service anymore. I didn't catch their names, but you guys are doing great! My Banana split ws fantastic!! Keep sharing smiles ❤️🙃

Just purchased a waffle cone double scoop and it’s broken I waited in a line with no cars for a broken cone ice cream is great but serves needs to be better no one wants a broken cone they paid for

Asked for an extra thick chocolate and strawberry milkshake. Then empathized extra, extra thick. The cashier snarkly replied yea a thick milkshake. The milkshake was trash, it was so thin it could have passed as thick water. Last time I waste my money here

Great experience, highly recommend the strawberry banana smoothie. My wife recommends the cherry jubilee. Fast and friendly service. Awesome treat after a hot day. WARNING: Do not order the large smoothie unless you want a gallon sized smoothie. It felt like I was stuck in a baskin robbins simulator and had a unlimited smoothie glitch on. I was unable to finish it.

I was not happy with my sundae I bought that was an half of cup with melted whipped cream I didn't purchase it bc I felt they were rude.

An absolutely amazing experience! The gentleman that served us was so much fun. He helped my little girl pick out the perfect ice cream and ended the experience with an ice cream dance. His positive energy was so contagious! It made our day so much better <3

We have frequented this establishment often and have always had wonderful service and products. After today's visit we will never frequent this store again and will share our experience with everyone we know. The manager working drive thru was very rude. Maybe she should not be in management with her poor customer service skills.

Friendly staff, great selection and clean. Outdoor seating and a tiny, fenced in play yard make it a good place to hang out.

Store was clean and well staffed. They were accommodating when we asked for a fresh scooper to be used for our daughter's ice cream (she has a tree nut allergy). The ice cream was SO GOOD and the "Creature Creations" were a hit with the kids!

The girl at the counter was so awesome. She was very helpful and such a delightful person. 😊 I wish I remembered her name.

I was rushed and then they didn't even make my orders. Jay was very rude & didn't apologize once they didn't make 2 of the items for us but were already making the people behind us orders ☹️ Our first experience we went ever go back.

This is our favorite Baskin Robbins ever! Always clean, great staff and always fully stocked with plenty of yummy flavor options! (Unlike many others in the area.)
