    Terrible experience and management does not properly fix problems to ensure guest satisfaction. For all my Chick fil a fans, I learned this is a franchise location not a corporate owned location, so if you are confused as to why your customer experience does not match what you are accustomed to when visiting Chick fil a…. now you know.

    A Beautiful Chick-fil-a With A Bad Manager ** Updated Review! We have returned several times and the original management and employee attitude problems that we encountered in the first few months of coming here seem to be resolved. It is now a 5 star Chick-fil-A instead of the three we felt obligated to give based on prior experiences detailed below. This Chick-fil-A is beautifully decorated but poorly managed. You will notice that all of the poor reviews of this place mention the manager. That was our experience as well. One time we were in the breakfast line, and it turned 10:00 right before we were up. He wouldn't let us order breakfast even though the people ahead of us Did. And this was the opening month! Unfortunately, some of the other employees there seem to have taken his attitude, and instead of seeming like it is their pleasure to serve, seem like it is their burden to serve us. Most of the employees are still very nice, but his attitude has rubbed off on some of them. In summary, if the attitude and demeanor of the manager were as beautiful as the restaurant, this would be a wonderful location. As it stands, some changes need to be made in management at this Chick-fil-A.

    I've heard a lot of Americans go on about Chick-fil-A and how great it is... and honestly, I was not disappointed. I had ano. 2 deluxe and added some Chick-fil-A sauce and it was banging I think the hidden gem for me though was their breakfast. I had the sausage and egg biscuit and I have to say, the biscuit bun is INSANE! Defo the best sausage and egg sandwich I've had from a fast food joint. I wish I took some pictures of it

    We hosted our twin three-year-old boys’ birthday party here as part of the CFA “big nugget” party package and it was incredible. It was cheap, easy to plan, the staff were amazing (shoutout to Shay!!), and there was no cleanup for me before or after! Each child got a kids meal, ice cream, and a stuffed cow as a party favor, and CFA provided balloons and even the life-sized cow for photos. The kids played on the playground while the adults chatted and ate, which was awesome. And my boys’ faces when they walked into the party were priceless! We’ll definitely consider doing this again!

    The food at this location was pretty good, but can someone please tell the Staff to not put the condiments/Sauces (e.g.: Ranch, Barbecue, etc...) directly on top of the Fries. That is disgusting. In addition, the prices are too unreasonable for the small portions that you receive.

    This area is very high traffic. Pack your patience when attempting to get in and out of the Dakota Crossings. If you have food intolerances (like me), be very clear of what you do not want in your salad. Also, a reminder for those that want to do any of their chicken for Sunday gatherings (nuggets, strips, etc) make sure you order in advance and pick up on Saturday.

    I placed a breakfast mobile order at 10a...I arrived at the drive thru at 1015am...there was a hold up in the drive thru line..so I called the store to let them know I was in line for my breakfast because it was getting close to 1030am...by time I got to the associate it was 1031am..they said I couldn't get the food and the manager explained that it was policy that the breakfast is no.longer served even I placed the order ahead..so then I asked for my money back and they say 2-3 business days! I spoke to the head manager and he said it was nothing for him to do or to compensate but some old breakfast option and by this time it was 1045am! I told them it was unacceptable that I wasted my money, time and breath nicely explaining my issue and it Still wasn't solved. Very ridiculous I want order here again and till this day still waiting on my money to come in..since they said they never processed it..the total was $15.11

    Today, I ordered 2 Take Out Market Salads and 2 large cups of ice. After charging my orders, I was told it is the owner's policy to only provide one (1) small cup of ice per order. But, I could purchase a bag of ice. I explained the order I placed was for two (2) separate individuals. After speaking to two (2) separate store managers and Customer Service, EVERYONE stuck to the store policy/rule; so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. NOTE: I was polite but indicated my disappointment after making a special trip there and waiting in a long line for 20 minutes. I WILL NOT BE BUY FROM THE FT. LINCOLN CHICK-FIL-A IN NORTHEAST WASHINGTON, DC AGAIN.

    Bad management they gave me cold coffee at around 2 pm. And I asked to get another coffee and lady said we don’t sell coffee around at this time at list if you want wait until 11 am Funny she has no respect for the customers.

    Quality of food is poor and the customer satisfaction followup was also a poor attempt. I was told one thing and then offered something else when I followed up. Seemed like they were just checking things off the list to say they did something. The integrity of this place is subpar.

    I just wanna say this my transaction got mixed up so my card ended up being charged twice wen I got to the window and the employee called manager over she acted like she didn't care and just said well u still have to pay than stated that my money would be put back on my card but she never did a refund. Anyway I called the next day and another young lady didn't care to help she said well we don't do refunds over the phone and hung up ok. I called back the next day and spoke to a very nice gentleman by the name of Marco he cared and he sat on the phone with me to get it situated and told me to call back if the reverse did not work and ask for him thank you Marco for just showing that you cared
