We
have
returned
several
times
and
the
original
management
and
employee
attitude
problems
that
we
encountered
in
the
first
few
months
of
coming
here
seem
to
be
resolved.
It
is
now
a
5
star
Chick-fil-A
instead
of
the
three
we
felt
obligated
to
give
based
on
prior
experiences
detailed
below.
This
Chick-fil-A
is
beautifully
decorated
but
poorly
managed.
You
will
notice
that
all
of
the
poor
reviews
of
this
place
mention
the
manager.
That
was
our
experience
as
well.
One
time
we
were
in
the
breakfast
line,
and
it
turned
10:00
right
before
we
were
up.
He
wouldn't
let
us
order
breakfast
even
though
the
people
ahead
of
us
Did.
And
this
was
the
opening
month!
Unfortunately,
some
of
the
other
employees
there
seem
to
have
taken
his
attitude,
and
instead
of
seeming
like
it
is
their
pleasure
to
serve,
seem
like
it
is
their
burden
to
serve
us.
Most
of
the
employees
are
still
very
nice,
but
his
attitude
has
rubbed
off
on
some
of
them.
In
summary,
if
the
attitude
and
demeanor
of
the
manager
were
as
beautiful
as
the
restaurant,
this
would
be
a
wonderful
location.
As
it
stands,
some
changes
need
to
be
made
in
management
at
this
Chick-fil-A.
