Just came into the office, Sal was such a great help. Explained how the property operates and the gate hours. Differently recommended going to this storage place.

Both elevators have been broken for over a month and no one is able to give any estimated timeline as to when they will be fixed. I do not have access to my items and cannot move out as a result. This is completely outrageous that a storage location is unable to fix - or replace - an elevator for over a month! I have never seen such negligence anywhere.

Sooo.. You let anyone rent out a storage unit, but fail to mention that the elevator doesn’t work…. And from what I see it hasn’t worked for ages… not even a reduced price?? Putting my things in a storage should be made simple like you Guys promised.. next time I’m Going across the street and using uhauls storage.

I like this location but, the issue that I have about this place is if the elevator is broken for more than a month, They are not doing anything about it to compensate for the issue to the customers. I was told by management that I would get 30% off my next bill due to the inconvenience of the broken elevator but, nothing has happened to my bill it is still the same. I hope the elevator will get fixed soon. I am not able to move out due to this problem!

Easy sign up process, better rates than my previous storage company. I really like their app--you can open and close the gate using your phone so you don't have to remember a code. Elevators on each side of the building make it easy to navigate.

The ladies in the office were super helpful, super nice walked me to every step of the way. 10/10 I recommend :)

I was looking for a storage place so I came to Public Storage I was impressed with the nice lady named Flor. Flor explained everything to me and let me look at a unit she was respectful and nice very helpful very professional and informative. if you need help at public storage ask for Flor.

This place is very clean and the people that helped me were very helpful. I believe his name was Kendall he told me everything in detail and made it so much easier for me to know exactly what I wanted. Recommend 100%.
