I received poor service while attempting to check the status of prescriptions for my mother who had a stroke and needed her meds. After going through the automated telephone greeting and requesting the pharmacist. A female pharmacist answered the phone and abruptly put me on hold. After waiting for her return, she answered the phone and hung up on me without giving me the status of my mother’s prescriptions. I called back and was kept on hold for twenty minutes. Once she answered the phone her mannerisms was very poor. It seems to be an issue as this happened before.

This location doesn't even deserve that one star.. Everything about this place is Low Quality.... For the few times I have been there, they always have a limited stock on products, it's like the worker is lazy to keep up the inventory... You see boxes everywhere in the aisles 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️ Like hello, get those products out on the floor; what are you holding them for????? The workers are extremely RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely can't stand Ghetto and Unprofessional Sales people, it makes me Itch!!!!! Plus, I have never in all my years had to ask a sales person to open a case to get Body wash!!!! 😂 Then, they take the Body wash and hold it behind the counter. 😩 What kind of Broke people they got coming in that store??? This store is RAGGEDY🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️ If you are like me who likes Quality Service, please avoid this store.

Rating for the pharmacy, just terrible service, terrible attitude from the pharmacists and overall a bad experience every time myself or a family member goes in. The pharmacist is supposed to help you, instead they just further frustrate you. It’s been like this for years and this is not my first complaint.

The pharmacy is absolutely awful, it’s such a shame because they are conveniently located to my house, but EVERY single time I get a prescriptions sent to this location there is an issue. Today after waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes I finally arrive at the counter to find out they haven’t yet filled my order that had been placed over 4 hours earlier, and that I’d have to wait 30 more minutes because the pharmacist had to administer vaccines. Something needs to be done about the inefficiencies that exist at this location. And don’t get me started on the “customer service” provided by the staff throughout the rest of the store.

Just giving 4 Star because of Alex !!I would like to say the cashier Alex at this location was amazing he was very professional and very patient he was by himself helping a lot of customers. I just wish that the manager management paid attention to their surrounding and not let there employee do all the work while they were getting hammered at rush-hour. Was very impressed by this employee how he handle customer service with no help.

The worst CVS around. Most of the employees are extremely rude. Rarely more than 1 line open. The pharmacy is slow. Limited products. I absolutely hate going here but it's the only one with photo service in the area. Make sure you go (if you must) well before they close unless you want to be rushed and openly disrespected. Can't believe after all these years corporate continues to let this location stay open.

The pharmacy at this location is a joke. I had my prescription sent to this location due to its proximity to my home but they are apparently incapable of filling a simple birth control order. After having my nurse contact them multiple times, I went in to finally pick up only to be told that their system is down and their trying to get in touch with tech support. They told me to either try again in a few hours or go to another location.

Worst pharmacy ever, hate that this is the closet location to my house!every single time there’s a problem! I called the district manager for this location twice! Obviously the bad reviews aren’t helping more needs to be done

Cvs website says their pharmacies will vaccinate kids 3Y+ but when we arrived for our apt at this location they said they don’t vaccinate children under 12. Frustrating this wasn’t made clear when scheduling apt esp bc you have to enter patient age.

Very unprofessional staff. Needs improvement in customer service throughout the store and the pharmacy.

The pharmacist and the tech couldn’t find my vaccine appointment after I showed them my confirmation email. Afterwards as I was waiting for a minute, I overheard the conversation they had and they insinuated I was a liar. I was appalled and it was super shocking to be accused of lying about an appointment. Then I was called back to the counter and told they don’t take Kaiser anymore for flu and it would cost me $50.00. I asked if I could still get my booster and they were not happy about that. I was so put off by the experience that I walked out and I’m writing this in the car. Super upset! Not about the things the pharmacist couldn’t control, but calling me a liar. I showed them the email and everything! So rude. Update: I went to another CVS close by in Colmar Manor and I was given a discount code for the flu shot and they were super helpful. Which I think really shows how little this CVS cares about taking care of people.

Great service at the pharmacy, and the front register; employees are courteous and generally helpful. Received both of my Covid booster shots here, with no trouble, and little wait time.

It's 09:05 and nobody is here to open the doors. Open up, CVS, your store hours stay you're supposed to open at 08:00.
