Horrible return experience. We have been buying from Marshalls from years now. Tried to return one item but lady at the front believed that I was lying about when I bought it, even after showing the receipt and being within 30 days of the return window. That too this item was $17.2 out of the $165 receipt. More than anything else this was a really insulting behavior. I assume there is no respect for customers and loyalty. Never going again.

There were 28 customers in line in front of me and only 4 cashiers. There were 2 managers behind the counter. One was just standing there watching the cashiers and the other seemed to be sorting sizing rings. After 20 minutes there were still 12 people ahead of me. I wasn't going to stand in line for another 20 minutes. I left. I should have just ordered off Amazon to begin with, cause that's what I ended up doing. Save yourself some time and teouble by do the same.

Very disgusting supervisor I met today! I shopped this store at least once a week! The staffs normally are friendly and nice! But today the lady in charge of return was terrible! She never showed the respect of the customers, and suspicious the customer without any evidence! Disgusting staff! Marshall should train their staff how to show the respect to the customers before letting them on the floor! I won’t be back to this store again. Update! After I read other customers’ review of this store, I realised I’m not the only one who had bad experience in returning items. AVOID THIS STORE to return the items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The store has a good selection of branded men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, as well as shoes. Good customer service at the checkout .

Very good place to shop at very reasonable prices. The towels and bedsheets are very good quality and great prices, same with household items and decorations. From time to time I've found very good deals on designer clothes. I do not particularly like the beauty products as everything I've tried so far seemed like lesser quality than the same item (shampoo, cream etc) bought ftom Ulta.

I've just taken a new job that requires serious business attire, so I thought I'd try to put together some nice work blouses and Marshalls was my choice for cost effective clothes as long as you are willing to spend some time looking. Not only did I find bouses, I managed a very nice pants suit, and a few household items. The store was well stocked and the staff was nice, the check out line was a bit long and slow, but they were so friendly I didn't mind.
