Went to a Atlas Fare this evening with a group of six for my birthday celebration. The first thing I got when I sat down was a beautifully hand written card from the staff, this started off the experience perfectly. I ordered the signature cocktail ‘Roselle’, it was delicious. We also got a few bottles of wine, one of them was the Italian Pinot Grigio. It was crisp, light and flavorful. We ordered the clams (pictured) the ceviche and the truffle wontons off of the appetizer menu. Each one of them delicious and flavorful in their own ways. For my main meal I got the 12 ounce ribeye. It was perfectly cooked had a great flavor and the mashed potatoes were to die for. To finish I had the banana pudding. This is hands-down, my favorite dessert, ever. All in all. The service was amazing. The food was outstanding and atmosphere is unmatchable. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 12+ years and this place really has it together. Also, big shout out to the owner. I saw him helping bus tables, helping get table set and making sure his restaurant runs perfectly. You have a good thing going sir. Congratulations to the Chef and staff. A combination of cultures gives you an explosion of mixing flavors with a fantastic taste. As a diners expect colorful and impeccable dish presentation a fantastic selection of wines and signature cocktails with a magical ambience and unique dining experience.

From start to finish, this place did not disappoint. The space is gorgeous, the food was perfect and the cocktails were strong! Service was excellent as well. If you are looking for a delicious and memorable dinner with friends or your significant other, this spot is totally worth it. I cannot reccomend this place more

A great experience and great food... We were finally able to get reservations (on a weeknight) so decided to try it out. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, but not hovering. The menu is not extensive, but I found several vegetarian items to choose from (which is not the case everywhere). The non-vegetarians in our party also found enough to satisfy them. The meals were beautifully presented and tasty as well. We will definitely consider Atlas again when we want an upscale evening out.

Delightful experience!!! Chef Rojanasthien was able to accommodate us in the serendipity of our special evening while Bartender Josh made delicious cocktails and was very engaging. Thank you for bringing such a creative restaurant and bar to Central Washington. A new favorite, we can’t wait to return with friends, and we know now how important it is to make a reservations. This place was great and it looks like a lot of hard work went in to the making of Atlas Fare. The food was really well balanced. I didn't find one pairing that was off, kudos! I would 100% recommend a visit.

Really great food and drinks. Wonderful atmosphere. The overall aesthetic is very pleasing.

Very fun atmosphere, wonderful food, good portion sizes. Cocktail selection is above average, wife and I shared a Cesar salad, foie gras (wonderful!), I had the chicken and risotto. Wife had the scallops, beans and bacon. All well balanced and cooked to perfection!
