I recommend you to read the negative reviews before working with this clinic. I had my 8 yrs old daughter seen here for breathing issues, and possible orthodontics treatment. The 1st visit they charged us $800+ for oral evaluation services upfront without working with us on the insurance. I was skeptical about it and later realized that I got scammed as it seems that AirSync did additional checks for us on this visit that were unnecessary, just for billing. Anyways, I reached out to them for help with the insurance claims and their agent "Andrea" was kinda rude in responding to my emails, and not showing any interest in supporting us with the claim. I went back and forth for several months with my insurance and they couldn't help us because they normally work with the providers to provide payments and adjustment. This clinic also provided us their plan to do Ortho treatment and some additional services for $18,000+: Oral appliance Therapy phase I: $10.800 Myofunctional Therapy: $3500 Laser Therapy $2400 Functional Frenuloplasty $2100 I got another quote from a different clinic, for almost 50% less cost, and accepting insurance. We didn't have to deal with all the insurance hassle.

Dr. Kimberly Santiago and her team are amazing. I have just recently begun treatment with her regarding my airway and I am already seeing huge changes. I have learned so much from her and the team. I recommend this office to anyone I come across with airway issues. If you seek treatment with Dr. Santiago, you will be getting the absolute best care.

I really like the decor of the office, there are a number of amenities to keep you occupied while waiting to be seen such as a small fridge with refreshments, a play area for children, magazine rack and a large tv. I was impressed with the care provided by the hygienist, the equipment is top notch, I was able to see the bacteria live under a microscope on the TV so cool! My son who has autism was with me during this visit and now he is really excited about seeing the dentist which speaks volume for me! I made an appointment for him lol!

I have been going to Dr. Kimberly Santiago for 9 years and have had extensive dental work done (including several crowns, a seven piece bridge, bone grafting and root canals, etc). Have gotten to know almost everyone in the office including Dr. Jed Santiago (who did my root canals). All the staff are professional, efficient, responsible, friendly, personable and well qualified for their positions. They make me feel comfortable at my visits often checking to make sure I am okay. Dr. Kimberly is diligent about details making sure all my dental work fits properly, looks terrific and turns out just perfect, which it has! If you are looking for an exceptional quality of dental work I would HIGHLY recommend Santiago Dental Wellness.

Extremely kind, professional, very informative, non judge mental...Those are just a few ways I would describe Dr. Santiago and the staff. I have 2 small children and visited for lip tie and tongue ties as well as concerns with teeth and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I didn't feel judged at all, my choices for treatment options were respected completely, Dr. Santiago was well informed and answered all of my questions-as was Chelsea. The reception helped set up my future appointments and figure out insurance and billing without hesitation. The office was beautiful and had a calm vibe. Would recommend to anyone!

I've had nothing but great experiences at Dr Santiago's office. I was referred by my wife who is a longtime patient when I was looking for a new dentist. Dr Santiago and her staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable and welcome. The receptionists great me by name on each visit, and are very helpful and accommodating when it comes to scheduling, whether it's on short notice or well in the future. Dr Santiago (and her husband, Dr Santiago!) are very professional and do a great job explaining things. I'm very pleased I've found this great dental practice.

Santiago Dental Wellness came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Personally I am not a big fan of the dentist, but this place is as good as it gets. The entire staff is not only welcoming, but super friendly. I was helped immediately by both receptionists. These two ladies are phenomenal. They are friendly, kind, and extremely helpful as they looked up all my benefits and explained what everything meant. I immediately knew I was in the right place. My first visit was for a routine cleaning - Cecilia was my hygienist and was wonderful. She was very friendly, knowledgable, and gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. Later I met Jed, one of the dentists thats works there. He carefully checked my teeth and explained the work I would need done. He was very professional yet made me feel comfortable like I had known him for years. He was amazing and exceeded every expectation I had. Trust me I have been to a lot of dentists and Santiago Dental Wellness is hands down the cleanest, most professional, and best dental environment I have ever experienced. If you need work or just a cleaning, I would not hesitate to schedule an appointment here.

On my initial phone call I was greeted by a warm, helpful and knowledgeable voice. When entering the office, the clean and modern atmosphere combined with the smiling faces behind the counter, made me feel welcome. Dr. Santiago is personable and took her time to discuss my needs, she was not in a hurry to run off to the next patient. ALL of Dr. Santiago’s staff has been exceptionally nice to me, they all have a smile on their face (and very nice teeth) and it does not seem staged. There is a genuine care shown from everyone working at the offices. I now enjoy when I am reminded about my upcoming appointment. I would recommend Dr. Santiago's clinic to anyone with a dental need!
