Unfortunately, I thought this was the best vape shop in burien. They had a sale 2 for 10 on some disposable vapes. They had no taste to them. I went back In and said something to the owner about them he was like, "Those are old and nasty. For 7 dollars more, you could have just got a nice elfbar a rechargeable vape." Even if you have a sale on your products, you should still stand behind them 100%. It's not okay to sell old nasty ones to someone who thought they would be atleast some what good. I even had 13 dollars he wouldn't even let me get another one that was discounted 2 for 30 that I've had before and like from somewhere else. What's a few dollars to have a happy returning customer.

This is my go to place anytime I need a vape. They stand by the products they sell, if we ever have an issue they will happily replace it. The one time I went to a different vape shop when I was in Federal Way and it was the biggest mistake ever. The vapes we bought didn't work and they had a huge issue when it was brought to their attention. It made me love Vape & Smoke even more!! The staff here are so freaking nice and know all about the products they sell. They have a new worker and she is is so upbeat and fun to talk with, she is able to explain in detail about any product we ask about. I 10,000% recommend coming here if you are looking for anything related to vape & smoke!!!!

Literally my only go-to vape/smoke shop! Kinda bummed the regular guy left (Billy?) but the new employees are just as great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are good too. Recommend to the fullest ❤️👍🏽

I changed from my previous vape shop to here because they are so much more friendly in general. One star taken off for the new employee that is not friendly and snaps at customers. I hope they’re ok, but I’m assuming that’s what the “rude” is referring to in reviews in the past month.

pretty dope spots, based on my time in there looking, i didnt see any bad vapes that seem dodo, good selection.

Employee suggested a "special order" juice that he asked me to let him know how it was. Awful. It was awful. Lacking flavor except for a heavy low quality nicotine taste despite being 3mg. Also, employees hover very close to you while you look at products over the counter. They'll block the view and stare at you while you look and won't take a hint to back up. They also blast awful trap music and are completely joyless making it seem like they want you to give them money then leave as soon as possible so they can go in the back room and watch YouTube.

Loads of selection, wonderful customer service, and the owner really takes the time to answer all your questions and make certain that you're satisfied with everything you buy BEFORE you finalize the transaction. Awesome place!! Where I always go for my vape stuff!!!

I have been coming here for several years and the young man who always greets me is personable, helpful and professional. Today, I came in with a problem with a pen/battery that I got at another business and wasn't working, and the experience I had with that business when they wouldn't replace it. Today, Jo, a young woman behind the counter not only helped me with it but sold another pen to me at a greatly discounted price. She didn't have to do that, except she did out of the kindness of her heart. She's the gal with the cat eye glasses I'm giving kudos to today. Thank you for making my frown return to clown in two shakes!
