The hotel was a complete disaster. There was construction debris throughout the hotel. My room was dirty upon check-in. When I reported this to the front desk no action was taken. The continental breakfast, which is included in the rate of the room, Had been canceled. The excuse was that a guest at some point during the past few weeks had Covid, and that they could not serve breakfast. The workout room was a complete mess. There is no remote for the TV know we’re there towels. When I asked to have my room cleaned, the front desk informed me that it would only be cleaned upon my check out. Had I known any of these things prior to my trip, I would’ve stayed at a different hotel. I have reported this to Ramada, and American Express. I also wrote a note to the general manager but never received a response.

Room was dirty. There was blood on the sheets. Holes in the wall. Air conditioner looked like it was going to fall out of the wall. Alarm clock was Broken. And I booked a double Queen room for my 3 kids and I. The room only had one bed. Which was a double mattress with a queen headboard. The hotel I booked online was misleading. It showed a much nicer Ramada with a pool. I was in a bad neighborhood that felt truly unsafe. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. And no I am not a Karen. I'm a mother of 3 who was completely misled. Parking garage was very dirty as well and felt like I should have some kind of protection going into it. I watched 2 families check into the hotel and come back 10 minutes later to say their rooms were not even made up and were disgusting. Another family said the same thing. They were misled by different hotel photos and the promise of a pool. Also the milk was sour at breakfast. And our hotel bathroom toilet would not flush. I brought all these concerns il to the front staff and it’s been over a week and they still won’t release mine and my moms deposits.

Growing up, I have experienced what it means to be poor. No food in the house, hand me down clothing. A home that is falling apart. Not heat, or air conditioning. But my parents did their best to give us a good loving home. Working 2-3 jobs. I have lived In an unfortunate area, witnessed things I would not wish on my worst enemy. Drive by shooting at its peak era. Mid day stabbings. Horrific sights. So when I say this place makes me feel more unsafe than i ever have.... take my word for it, please. Soaking wet hallway floor. I thought first, perhap they were getting it cleaned. No, its leaking pipes. You can hear the squish sound of wet rug. The smell is god awful, like mold and smoke. There is visible dirt everywhere like they haven't cleaned in weeks. Don't do it to yourself. Stay far away from this place.

First, it lies about breakfast being available. They still have the covid19 signs up as excuses for not having it, but if you pay for it, they will nuke a burger for you. Second, the place is a dump. The second floor is all torn up and under construction, the linen had hair and dirt from the previous people, along with what I hope was juice or ketchup on the wall next to the bed. Not stains, the actual dried up product. The bathroom door didn't have a handle on the inside, and the curtain rod was broken, along with many holes in various places. And they charges over 100 for the night with a 150$ hold. Not worth it and don't try the Ramada by SeaTac because I'm pretty sure that's the one we actually booked, but that's not the one we got to stay at. Oh and of course no shuttle service to the airport either. Not the worst hotel stay, but definitely one of them.

I have never stayed in a Ramada before, but this hotel has to be on the bottom of my list of rooms I have stayed in. The first thing when I walked in my room my nose was punched with a dirty rancid sock smell. I went to open my window to open it and they only open a small amount because they have been screwed closed and I could see my screen on the ground. The front desk lady was nice but seemed to not care about much.

Many people might complain about the missing doorhandle in the bathroom, or the chips in the paint on the walls showing decent-sized drywall holes. They might be upset that the large painting on the wall was missing the bottom part of the frame (there was packing tape where it used to be held on). They might worry that the parking garage was dark and had broken furniture piled up in the corner, or that the “workout room” looked like something from a horror movie. I am not bothered by these aesthetic things, though, and we were happy with the overall size of the room. However, everything changed when we tried to take a shower early in our stay and realized there was no hot water. We stayed from Friday through Monday morning and did not have any hot water the whole time. When I spoke with the gentleman working the front desk, he told me that it was the whole hotel that had no hot water due to a broken water heater, but it would be fixed in the morning. I asked for a timeline, and he quickly stated that it might be afternoon. He seemed indifferent and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. There were no notices posted, and he just shrugged his shoulders. The next night (Saturday) when we got back—still no hot water. We even checked on Monday morning (4 DAYS LATER), and when we were checking out we were informed that it should be fixed soon. Of course at that point it was too late since we were leaving to go home. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone—ever. I will likely stay away from Ramada and Wyndham hotels in the future.

One star is too high. Came here after the other Ramada tried to increase the price of our stay 3 nights before the trip. Flew in and after confirming the night before that they had a shuttle, they refused to pick us up. The rooms were dirty, broken and not what we were promised at all (full bed vs queen). One rooms door wouldn't lock consistently. One rooms fridge didn't work and we had a newborn in that room and needed the fridge for their milk. Breakfast isn't being served so don't plan on that even though their website says it is. All staff has been short and unable to help find solutions for any issues they are presented with. We overheard 4 different groups of people show up for their reservations only to find out they were canceled. One was at 10 PM at night. Front desk didn't try to assist him at all or show any sort of empathy for the situation. Learn from our huge mistake and spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

My brother, sister in law and I were 3 weary motorcycle travelers touring from Marysville to San Diego CA when I encountered a terrifying tire blow out on my motorcycle on the freeway. We ended up finding this motel as the closest to us and had my motorcycle towed here until morning since all the repair shops were closed. The gentleman working the front desk (I believe his name was Robin?) was so nice to us. He allowed us a special parking spot that our 2 motorcycles could share that was on flat ground and when I requested a room change so we could have a view of our bikes he politely obliged. Seeming as how we were living off our motorcycles for the next 4 days and were happy to be alive I would say this Motel was looking pretty good. There were some interior defects, Sure. Some stains on the sheets but they smelled clean and felt clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even in the morning the kind lady behind the counter (Friday 6/25) made a fresh batch of coffee at my polite request and didn’t get upset with us for hanging out in the parking lot after check out while we waited for a tow truck for 5 hours! We were treated with respect during our stay and the 2 staff members we encountered were friendly and polite. I am grateful for their hospitality and the air conditioning!

I stay at many inexpensive hotels that have older rooms and furniture but they were clean. This place was absolutely horrific. The first room I stayed in had hair all over. The coffee maker, counters and carpet were filthy. The bed had been slept in and remade, with remnants of the previous occupiers. I started to clean it with wet wipes but it was too much. Doors, trims etc..have never been cleaned. I ask for another room. It was ever so slightly better. The toilet seat was basically unattached (the front desk was already aware) the refrigerator had mold and the windows has so much mold on them. The management doesn't care. I sent them an email with pictures of both rooms and requested a refund. No response. Stay healthy don't stay there!!!

First of all the staff at check-in was not friendly. The room was adequate. The advertised microwave and refrigerator had been removed. The only microwave was down in the lobby. They advertised a free breakfast, but that was not available. We paid over $100 for the night which was ridiculous for what we received. We DO NOT recommend this hotel..

First and last visit. I've stayed in other Ramadas before and had pleasant experiences but I do not recommend this location. Poor customer service -Staff at front desk was unapproachable and unclear with giving directions. There was a glass barrier at the desk and I couldn't clearly hear the staff so I politely asked him to repeat what he was saying. The way he responded made it feel like I was in the wrong for asking for clarification. -While talking to him, another guest approached the desk because they were having issues with entering their room. He was not thrilled to help them, it felt like he was annoyed to serve their guests. -We found leftover food in our fridge so we asked the same staff at the front desk if we can get someone to clean it out and all he said was "we don't have anyone that can do that today." He was also too occupied with his phone and had earphones in the whole time. Poor room cleanliness -The first room they assigned to us has a broken window screen (it was left outside on the ground) and the glass part was impossible to close. -We got moved to a room next door (thankfully with a functional window) but there were parts of the room that was less than ideal - the first fridge had leftover food from previous guests, second fridge was dirty, bathroom smelled bad, broken smoke alarm, broken door latch and severe gouges on the wall. -Toilet was not filling up with water. Other -Breakfast was canceled due to covid precautions (we weren't notified until we saw the signs at the breakfast lounge in the morning) -Underground parking did not feel safe. Anybody can enter into the parking lot and the lights were incredibly low. -Fitness area was on the same floor as the underground parking. Although I didn't use that amenity, I would probably pass on using it considering the poor cleanliness of the rest of the facility.

I would give zero stars if an option. Don't stay here. We checked in and went to the room. Door lock broken on the door, sheets dirty and had dirt or something in the bed. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling with a hole in the ceiling. They didn't have a different room and won't give a refund. Unacceptable.

Where to begin… the flooded floor, the 3 AM music from the office, or the fixtures falling off of everything? Upon arriving the room smelled musty and unpleasant. Assuming it was just an old hotel I thought nothing of it. The plastic over the box spring by the bathroom should have told me otherwise. The towel bar was falling off the wall, the latch for the door was ripped off with the shower handle not far behind it, and when the shower was run in the morning- the floor starts to flood from under the wall. Not a little - 4 ft out from the wall. When we told the worker about the flooding “I’ll leave a note,” “you’re checking out today aren’t you?” With an infant this really concerns me that a problem is being pushed aside for income… or survival. As a side note: who leaves an early 90s courtesy phone in the room but doesn’t have it hooked to anything (not even the wall)? Almost as if to say “we know we are outdated and have made no effort to update- and we do it with pride!”

Stay away from this place. They are cheats. The cancelled mu reservation for no show, because my cruise go it late and told me they rented my room to someone else. Then they had the audacity to charge me for that day and the next day. I will report their thievery on every outlet I can. I will report them to better business bureau. Have already filed a complaint with Wyndham. If they don't do anything, I encourage everyone to share on social media. This is the only way to deal with such fraudsters

OK some of it my fault. I thought I booked for the Ramada at the airport. This is not it. Yes the TV you must hook it up yourself. Please make sure you remove your passwords later. I was accused of smoking in the room immediately after I came in from outside. It's a strange and desperate place. Make sure your actually booking for the one at the airport. This one is just harassment. Yes also no breakfast. ALSO NOT SAFE PLACE TO BE BY YOURSELF!!!

Stayed as a guest for 1 night. Was given Room no 113. When we entered the room and checked the washroom, there was a stain around the water level of the Toilet Bowl which was disgusting to see. It means that either the room was not let out for a long time or the Toilet Bowl was not cleaned. Also, on top of the Bath Tub, there was a gaping hole on the ceiling which was not patched up. Not sure why the room was let out with all these defects. It just lets the Franchise name of Ramada down. We have never experienced this kind of Rooms in any other Ramada hotels ever. Would not recommend any one to stay here at all, till they give cleanliness a priority.

The manager of this Ramada, AJ Singh is a thief I prepaid on Priceline $504 for my son's girlfriend to stay at this hotel from Saturday through the following Thursday. She arrived at the hotel early Sunday morning and was informed that because she had not arrived by midnight Saturday that her reservation had been cancelled. Ramada policy is that if a person misses a night that evening is forfeited and the remainder of the registration is refunded. AJ Singh has refused to follow Ramada policy and refund the balance, in spite of being contacted by both Priceline and Wyndham Customer Care with no results. Extremely disappointing service at what is at best a 1 star hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This motel is NOT safe for travelers, especially female travelers. The window locks are shaved off in their ground floor room windows. When you point out how unsafe it is at the front desk- they will not help you with a new room, laugh at your concerns, lie to your face about refunding and then will steal your money! The manager AJ and entire staff are extremely unprofessional. They're setting people up to be robbed or trafficked. VERY SHADY STAFF AND MANAGEMENT! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Recommend, you don't stay here. Halls and floors were dirty, In the rooms the carpet had stains and sticky spots, walls were damaged and patched we even had a hole in the ceiling. Furniture was damaged, only 1 of the 3 lamps in our room worked.

Do not stay here. I paid for the suite so I could enjoy the jacuzzi tub and there is now way in hell I will get in this tub. Our TV has 1 channel, I've asked twice for it to be fixed and I've been blown off both times. When I said something about the tub thier response was "there is nothing I can do about it I just check people in".

We stayed at this hotel one night only because of change in our vacation schedule. Reasonable price on Priceline . To be honest our room was comfortable. Clean sheets, nice pillows. The shower pipe was leaking everywhere which could been easily fixed with a wrench. Did not have breakfast because of early flight. Free coffee was available all the time. They had a coffee machine in the room but no coffee. TV had lots of channels. Location is very close to the airport. I do not believe they have a shuttle to the airport. We had a rental car . Although unlike Ramada everywhere this one needs lots renovation. But for one night no problems. Only problem I had was they took a deposit of $150 at check in. When I checked my credit card account after couple of days it said they had reversed it. After another three days when I checked again they canceled the reversal and charged me $150. Tried to call them but they would not answer. Called credit card bank but they said they need whole bunch of papers filled out in order to dispute it. Called Priceline and after insisting them to call they did. They said the charge was reversed. I told Priceline what happened and it is their responsibility to make sure I get my money back. Priceline gave me another phone number to contact the hotel. This time a guy answered and he insisted that the charge was reversed. I told him the whole story again. Fast forward one day and I saw on my credit card account the $150 was reversed.. I will keep checking on it to make sure . So my advice is if they take a deposit check and make sure they give it back. I never had a problem anywhere in the world holding on to my deposit. I guess they thought I would not notice the charge.

Hotel rooms are clean and roomy. It's a bit dated and with some rough spots, but the bed was comfortable, elevator worked, and breakfast was simple but available at 4am. The front desk was friendly, and they did a great job with checking in. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but I felt safe, and it was a short Uber ride to the airport

This location is terrible. You might as well rented a room at the dump !! First room we went in sheets were soiled and the smell was horrible!! Second room was worse smell was horrid and fixtures and appliances were broken bodily fluids on the bed. And roaches all over. Staff after seeing pics that she would go take a look came back trying to convince us otherwise!! Walked with her to the room the sheets were sticking together due to bodily fluids!! Save your self the trouble do not rent here

The location is out of the way to the city. The rooms were dirty, the smoke detector was broken. I recommend to park on the upper level and DO NOT park in the parkade, as my car got broken into between 11pm to 7am, it was quite and secluded. My car alarm went off, no one at the front desk heard anything nor did any of the guests mentioned anything to the front desk. I had to find out when I was walking to my car. They had security cameras, but they were not helpful. Filed a police report, not helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Pay a little extra elsewhere.

Ramada Inns USED to be a decent place to stay. Not this location. It looks old, tired, and dark. The hallway looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a very long time. If this is a reflection of Ramada Inns, it will be a long time before I stay at Ramada again. The curtains were just barely hanging in the windows. There were holes in the walls that were poorly patched. The Television did not work, but th AC did. There was a musty smell in the hotel. I am glad we were only here one night. The price was fairly good...I guess you get what you pay for. I have been in better. This location competes with Motel 6 or Super 8. If it were possible to give a negative number, I would give at least a negative 15. I only wish that Wyndham could see these reviews.

Bad Stay 1. Water leakage. In the early morning, the ceiling of the bathroom started water leakage, and made the room super wet and messy. It was more than leakage, but like a heavy rain. 2. Not clean. The bed was wet in certain areas. Hopefully that was the dryer issue, not anything horrible. 3. Bad noice isolation. I can hear upstairs people talking and walking. 4. Bad service. The front desk refused a package without letting me know. I had to wait until the end of the day and go to the UPS store to pick up the package. It completely messed up my business trip schedule. Definitely not a good place to stay!

We chose this hotel for three main reasons: 1) shuttle from airport. Shuttle was broken down. Doesn't look like the shuttle has worked for ages. 2) shuttle to Westfield Mall. No shuttle service. 3) breakfast in hotel. It was passable. Only bagels, waffles, English Muffins and cereal. Rooms were clean, pretty basic. Suggest you try the other Ramada SeaTac.

This hotel has to be reviewed before reserving. We had the most uncomfortable stay. It's a small place that felt dirty, unsafe, and not a great smell. We stayed on the first floor close to the end of the hallway where the Window was open 24/7, big enough for anyone to climb in. In our room the Curtains were falling off, the window was locked using a stick. Our 2nd day there, the stick(window lock) was removed no idea why. Staff seemed very unfriendly. The vibes were not the greatest. T.V. Was broken! Run down place. Would not recommend for ANYONE!

I booked this hotel because it was inexpensive and close to the airport; it would've been better to spend more money elsewhere. The rooms are poorly kept up and dingy, and hot without a working fan; the comforter had holes in it. The "fitness center" is in a sketchy, dark parking garage. The website advertises a business center, but it was just a single computer that didn't work; the front desk worker yelled at me when I tried to sit down to use it. I missed breakfast because I wasn't told anything about the hours it was served, but to be honest, I didn't see any signs breakfast actually WAS served that morning. Both front desk workers were rude, unhelpful, and intimidating. They were disrespectful to the point I wondered if they were racist, but it's also possible they're just disrespectful to diverse people of all backgrounds. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

I wish I would have read the poor reviews first. Never again will I book with them or any Ramada/Wyndham rentals for that matter. I have never in any time of my life been told if you don't check in at check in time your reservation will be canceled without refund. Staff was rude and without compassion for guests. I paid for 2 nights in advance and bought booking insurance for "guaranteed stay" that didn't actually count for anything. Drove 4-5 hours to sleep in my car with my child. Zero stars. Do not recommend. I had to pick one star but they definitely didn't deserve it.

  • 1/5 Ezell J. 10 months ago on Google
All I can say is Read the Reviews before you book this hotel. I pray that you come to your senses and decide not to stay here. My Dog House was 10 times cleaner. Scale from 1 to 10, this is a -50. Only put 1 star because that’s the only way I can post. As reviews posted before, the room was dirty, smelly and disgusting. Smoke detectors hanging from the ceiling, rude staff, windows that don’t lock, bathroom in the lobby is out of order, oh yeah and the shuttle to the airport is out of order or doesn’t exist, I suspect false advertisement! Needless to say I was out $170.00 as it was decided not to stay not even 10 minutes more much less for the night. Went down to the Hilton which was 100 times better than this dump. Money is not worth your safety, however you can bet your sweet $$$, I will do everything in my power to get my money back and get this place closed! If I can find a way to post the pictures I will.

Awful experience. The rooms were filthy, the door knobs were sketchy, the doors didn't shut properly, the fridge was broken, one of our beds was broken, there were people fighting in the hall, there was no breakfast (as advertised), there was a cockroach in our bathroom (yes, I took a picture), and our heater was broken. At check-in they required a $300 security deposit for two rooms in addition to the room fees. The housekeeping gal was super sweet and helpful.

This hotel could be above and beyond and very little effort or money even required. It's a shame they don't put some effort into making this the go to Ramada for anyone needing a perfect quiet relaxing night visiting or flight lay over. My business stages homes and helps owners sell them without an agent so they pocket that 6% and I can tell u as a designer there is vast potential. At the very least they should upgrade the suites like I rented. The room had high ceilings id say 12+ ft. With a center vault in a round design, with large windows all the way around, a shape similar to the tower of a castle. The bed sits somewhat in the center (but should be centered and facing a different direction. Due to the size of the room and bed positioning it did away w the opportunity to create a small sitting nook with the chair and ottoman also in the room, along with an utterly enormous desk that was made to pull out and be even more enormous.. more practical furnishing better more attractive window coverings. A coffee bar set up to put the super long sink counter to use as a wet bar, some paint and some luxury emphasis put to use on the incredible jacuzzi tub in the bath. A tray with bath samples a more elegant shower curtain set up etc and this room could literally take on any upscale luxury hotel. Id have so much fun staging and upgrading this room I could do so much with it for very little investment.. other than that the front desk could do a little better also as a platinum member of Wyndham why am I still paying a huge cash deposit bypassing that is one of the reasons ppl join loyalty programs with hotels, especially since when calling the 800 ## for Wyndham they're telling the customers there's no deposits at this location. One end doesn't know what the other end is doing and that's bad business all around.. but overall is def go back..

The worst hotel experience ever. Bathroom had a hole in the wall and a broken toilet seat. Elevator needs to be serviced. When it stopped there was such a large gap, my wheelchair's front wheels fell through. Supposed to have a continental breakfast, but did not. They did have snacks and drinks to buy. Staff was disengaged, bordering on rude. DON'T STAY THERE!!

Do not stay at this hotel, DO NOT. It might be the cheapest option but I suggest you spend the extra money for your own peace of mind. This hotel canceled my reservation without notice when I showed up for check in at 10:30pm. At that time I had to scramble to find another hotel in the area. They did not give me an explanation for what had happened and simply told me to contact my booking company for a refund and basically said good luck. There were three other people that this happened to before I arrived. The person at the front desk was very rude and was zero help, they wouldn’t even gives a number for their supervisor. It is my belief (not confirmed) that they were canceling some of the reservations that had been made weeks in advance in order to give those rooms to people showing up that night to get a higher price for the room. Very scratchy operation they have going on.

HORRIBLE PLACE — FALSE ADVERTISEMENT EVERYWHERE! Yesterday, we arrived at Seattle Airport and were expecting to be able to catch a shuttle to the hotel. We found out that the shuttle was not operational from a rude front desk staff. When asked if we would be able to catch the shuttle tomorrow to catch our flight in the afternoon, we were told that there is an issue and the shuttle won't be back running for another week. The hotel also said there's "continental breakfast included" but it's also not being offered. When asked the reason, the response was ambiguous ("there is a problem"). The hotel staff checking us in was unapologetic, showing no compassion with his frank straight forward responses, failing to understand the inconvenience the situation poses. The bathroom was also not the cleanest. I saw stained fingerprints on the bathtub. Horrible. DO NOT STAY!

There should be an option for no stars. Please know I do not typically have super high standard for hotels, especially when all we need to do is shower and sleep but this was not worth a penny let alone $80 1. Lobby smelled of something terrible 2. Advertise for free breakfast, no free breakfast 3 trash everywhere 4 literally trash everywhere 5 did not answer calls from the room nor my personal line 6. Black fruit fly looking bugs circling the drain in the tub and the sink 6. No working smoke alarm 7. Open hole with massive dust falling from it in the ceiling of the bathroom which makes you feel like someone is watching you from the ceiling (I’m not generally a paranoid person) 8. Curtains completely broken 9. Very unfriendly person at the front desk “unable to help” If they are remodeling then great CLOSE YOUR DOORS for a month get the work done and then reopen. The way that hotel is operating I’m pretty sure is illegal. We could not stay the night and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I’ll keep calling or I’ll have to dispute it with my cc company.
