The pediatrician and the nurses in the back are very nice. The front desk people!!!! Do not even acknowledge you when you stand there, no good morning or nothing and when you finally tell them to check you in they have the nerve to say I’ll tell you when I’m ready. I wish I can say this is the first time but every single time I come here these girls in the front have the nastiest attitude. I wish if they didn’t want their job they would just leave it all together.

My experience with Open Door has been both for medical and dental issues. The staff is attentive, pleasant, and dedicated in addressing my needs. Over the past 10years I've had the pleasure of meeting wonderful staff members, including Jessica in the front, Dr Yee in the back, and Dr Wanda to name a few. Is the experience always perfect, no. Nothing ever is, but i understand how overwhelmed they are, and in-spite of all that, they continue to smile. They rock, considering the amount of stuff they have to deal with. (Again I know because I've sat in the waiting room and seen it) Keep doing what you guys are doing. You all make a difference and I thank you for always being there for me when I needed it (especially when I had a bad tooth ache and you saw me earlier.)

The staff is incredibly rude and provides abhorrent customer service. I scheduled an appointment three months in advance only to find out that the appointment was scheduled on a day when the dentist wasn't even there. Instead of apologizing, she did nothing but blame me for my mailbox being full when she tried to reach me THE DAY BEFORE to tell me that the dentist wouldn't be there. I understand people screw up but she gave me nothing but the attitude the entire time and then offered to reschedule the appointment for TWO MONTHS LATER. I have never been treated so badly by someone in customer service in my life. She had three months to let me know the appointment was cancelled and there was no attempt to contact me via text or email. Edit: The company reached out to me and apologized and offered me an appointment for the following week. The issue is now resolved and I look forward to a better customer service experience with them going forward.

Erin Carey is the best doctor I've ever had in my entire life! She is sweet and energetic and she always listens to what I have to say. She even explains the type of medication I will be getting and how it works when most doctors would never put that type of time and care towards a patient. You can tell that she has actual passion and love for her job. All of the nurses and support staff are super nice and upbeat too! They always genuinely want to know how I'm doing and you can tell they actually really do care about the work they do. There may be a bit of a wait to get an appointment but it's worth it for the level of care you receive.

The appt seem to go well. I was order a new Rx for Migraines, the pharmacy wouldn't fill it. The Nurse Practitioner was contacted denied it . She Didn't write a New order for My Migraines Rx to be filled. I still suffer, no one cares. I will Not go back here again. It's all about money. The Nurse Practitioner just had to call in a New order Rx for me but Did Nothing- I Lost Trust in the Medical, Mental Health system. It's very Frustrating to get what you Need. Note: it was Not a Controlled Drug- it was non Narcotics.

Some of the receptionists are rude. The male nurse there by the name of James is just lazy. Normally male nurses are good but this one is something else. At least there must be two nurses to supplement the lazy James.

They are just great. I've tried the Mamaroneck location (I tried Port Chester and Ossining before) and the experience is the best. The whole staff works as a team and get you out of there quick and satisfied. My provider Erin Carey is just awesome and I will definitely recommend it.

This place was a life saver from beginning to end for my son and I. We are new in town so we didn’t know much about the area thank god the first place we found near us was Open door family medical center only blocks away from our home. From the moment I made the call they search for cancellations and add me into it😭🙏🏽 From the moment my son and I enter into the office the front desk was very nice and detailed with what we need to do, nurse assistant was very funny really love her energy forgot to ask her name and Dr chio was very profesional and she taught me what to do whenever I get home, she was very gentle doctor with lots of empathy. I want to add the they have parking space downstairs for patients but just in case lots of street parking, also cvs two blocks away I walk over there to get my prescriptions, thank you so much from my son and I. 5 starts all the way 🙏🏽
