Excellent customer service, the highest quality products and very good prices. At the Coram location the entire staff, especially Anna, went above and beyond to help plan, design and supply materials for our project. Before meeting Anna, I was overwhelmed with the choices and steps needed to accomplish the complete renovation of our primary bathroom. Anna was very good at listening to what my ideas and concerns were and working from there. Procida recommended an outstanding contracting team that had the highest standards and excellent craftsmanship. When we ran short on an item, Anna worked on getting us the product by the next morning, even though we contacted her in the evening after business hours. Procida tile was on the ball every step of the way. The tiles at Procida are absolutely gorgeous and of the highest quality, and we are extremely happy with the way the project turned out. I had to quickly put in an accessible bathroom. I was sent to Procida to pick out the tiles for the shower and floor. Anna was super helpful. She helped me find great tiles and a floor to match. She guided me as to the best tiles for a zero clearance shower. Every person who sees our new bathroom compliments the tiles…the color and design. So very happy with Procida. I will definitely go back when I need more tiles.

My contractor suggested getting my bathroom tiles from here because of the quality. Logan was awesome. She really listened and pulled style ideas I described then made some suggestions to give me other options. I ended up using her suggestions and my bathroom looks beautiful. I have to say their pricing was good compared to big box stores and quick delivery. I highly recommend this place. Even returning unused materials was very smooth.
