Runn! Dirty!!! Came last minute from Pennsylvania. Reserved same day as a family member is not doing well. Lobby smells like public bathroom. Went to our room…. My sister having over 10 years hotel experience first looks at the bed sure enough human hair all over both beds the fitted sheets were not changed. Tub not cleaned. Called down and was given another room right across the previous room… my sister said that means it was cleaned by the same housekeeper… so again she looked at bed again hair all over sheets not changed tub dirty toilet dirty and a special gift for us on the balcony….. DIRTY DIAPERS!!! I went down and advised of the situation I let them know I’m going to check in on my family near by and to please have clean sheets left In the room so that I can change sheets myself and to get the diapers…. 2 hours later I come back it is now almost midnight and they did not do what was asked. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS. I would give 0 stars if available. I will be calling the Dept health. It’s a shame because they do not know who the guest are and what ties they have….

The other guests are correct. This place is filled with roaches and the stuffs are fully aware of the roaches but simply don't care. I had roaches all over the nightstand and table, on top of my food, crawling all over the wall. I have pictures and videos to show.

The location is good, but the staff is not so friendly. I had to deal with a key that didn't work the first time, and a clogged bathtub, and unfortunately the place is infested with those little german roaches everywhere. In 24 years, traveling through 37 states was the worst hotel experience ever.

The rooms are really bad compared to the prices, the only good thing is that it has parking. Also, our Indian male friend working at the reception was very rude. I didn't book this hotel with his money

At the very maximum a one night stay is worth $35 USD. THE WATER PRESSURE IS ILLEGAL. Don’t come here. Don’t even book a room hefe. They’re roaches so bad they can’t act human if they are even asked to. No one asked them to all we did was was say learn to respect. I’m staying here for free from now on.

Renovation would make the hotel much better than what's been already convenient and good in service. My next visit will have my high five for sure.

I needed a room on short notice when my AC broke down in 98 degree weather. The price was good and the room was decent for a hotel of this category. The only real issue was that the water in the shower never got hot - not a problem for me that night as I needed to cool down, but would be a problem in winter. IHOP is right there in the adjoining building for dinner and breakfast the next morning. The staff on check-in weren't the friendliest, and I had to ask where my room was since the guy didn't say anything when he handed me a key card. The woman who checked me out the next morning was pleasant.

Absolutely disgusting! There is a sign outside that reads “Newly Renovated”?!? What a crock! My bathroom looked like it was out of an apartment from an abandoned building - in Camden NJ. Horrible experience

Rooms were dirty and roaches were crawling in both rooms that I purchased. I use to love this hotel. I was very disappointed.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don’t even know what the 0 is about. They’re not acting like human beings. Look I got to leave 2 reviews because of how disrespectful they are.

They are roach 🪳 infested and they also need some repairs to the rooms. The elevator sounds like it’s on its last leg. The shower head needs to be fixed.

Perfect location. The place is not very clean, the rooms smell like mold (humid). The guys at the front desk are not very friendly. The pool is closed and the entrance door is broken without a sign, everyone was trying to use it. There's a lot that can be improved.

Me and my friends went here on a trip for college prep class it was a group of 21 students and the second we walked into the building it was disgusting and we haven’t even gone to our rooms yet, alcohol bottles laid out across the floors, a baby devil picture on the wall and the place was just pure filthy. then we got to our rooms and something was wrong with each one, either a creepy clown photo, a dark alleyway, music playing in the rooms, and so many more issues. NEVER COME HERE.

First check in, told me and my friends, we had to be 21 to make a reservation. Information misleading. Doesn’t say it anywhere. Then couldn’t use my card because I am not 21, had to walk for 15 minutes and back to the bank to pay cash. Tells us we need a cash deposit of $100 but, was NEVER told to us when we left. Man at the front desk, was being completely racist to our friend, having a vendetta against him. Because of him being safe and not cold at night, told him to get out of the room WE paid for him to stay in, came back upstairs just to kick him back out, he was completely rude. Was not doing this anyone else in the hotel. The two people said he’d have to sleep outside, ended up paying $160 for him to stay with us. Got a new room. We killed more than 6 cockroaches. Ask for a new room, told us we could not do anything because of booked reservations and to try again the next day, even though it was last day the next day. We got scammed completely of our money, they were making faces, they were laughing at us. Being very disrespectful and not giving us any details up front about anything. Until it was told at the last minute when we had everything. Every time they asked a question, we have everything, something new pops up. Cash deposits are $100 and you get it back. So we ended up paying a total of $900 for 3 nights. I will never book here again.

Check-in and out were smooth. The room did look like the picture. It had a slight wet carpet smell when we first got in. It could have been cleaned better because soap from the previous users had been left on the soap dish in the tub. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes because I did feel it was necessary before placing my things down. There is a mini-fridge and microwave in the room which I didn't expect. IHOP is connected to the same building which is great because we had an early morning and didn't have to travel far for breakfast. There is a shopping center in the next plaza, although we didn't have time to check it out. I called down for a safety pin and got a mini sewing kit with one inside, that was convenient. It served its purpose for our one night stay.

This hotel has it’s pros and cons. I only booked at this location because it was the closest hotel to my destination. Pros: *decent location *mostly clean room *big TVs with lots of choices *nice shopping plaza near by Cons: *checkout people were not helpful *room numbering system is confusing *pool is not open *only some rooms have balconies *toiletries in room looked used *kinda out of date Overall, I don’t think the hotel was worth the price we paid that night, but it is a decent location. Not sure if I will be staying here again next time.

Do not go there thief’s. I reserved this hotel for my elderly mother as I was on business trip and hvac stopped working. I did the reservation on her name pay for it and left when my husband went to drop her off and despite she having a confirmation they say she didn’t have a Reservation. So my husband pay her night. Next day they say they found the reservation and my husband asked for a refund they say that because it was charged they were going to refund my reservation. Now is a month they haven’t returned neither money and keep going back and forward I guess for me to get tired of claiming. For your safety do not stay here you are really risking double charge and not even having a room. Reservation # 9162058857993 give me my money thief !!!

The best thing about this hotel was IHOP that happens to be right there. Don't check in there if you don't want pets in your room, and I don't mean mans best friend. I mean bedbugs in your room!!! My granddaughter is traumatized, how do you explain to a 3 year old that she don't have to be afraid to go asleep because every bed does not have bugs? " You Can't" Don't check in there cause who knows what will check out with you!!! I give them 1 star for there location, there by "IHOP"!!!

For people who have a long stay agreement. the price should not go up because a singer is in town. Bad business it could be better.

Upon checking in you get o ly one key card and can not use any other entrances or exits besides the main door which made lugging your belongings exhausting, when I entered my room and turned on the lights there were roaches on the desk and near the coffee maker and cups, upon complaining staff made me feel like a bother. I was afraid to put my things down and couldn't sleep comfortably knowing there were roaches that could possibly attack me.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here. The toilet wouldn't flush and the shower water was yellow. We checked in at 4am until 8am in the morning so it was no point to complain. But it was not a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with all of the necessities in working order. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, couch, desk, blow dryer, phone, and more. Easy check-in and check-out. Centrally located to a lot of destination in northern NJ, near nyc.

👍👍 I loved staying at the Clifton Hotel. On a hot summer day, the rooms were cooled to great comfort. Bed and bathroom were clean, and the refrigerator kept my drinks cold. Nice outdoor patio area was nice in the evening. San Francisco River right across the street.
