My favorite store to shop for everything! Very quaint. And btw, I am Latina, and I’ve NEVER had a problem with this store. They’re very cordial, although I wish they had older people working there as well as younger people. All in all, the owner and the girls there are very nice and helpful.

The best gift shop,card store, boutique in Bergen County! I have been going there for years, and no matter what go in for I always walk out with some dark chocolate from their candy counter! I can't help it!!! Check them out!

Great place for gifts and greeting cards. I didn't see enough of a selection of cards and the associate went to the back to get me more options. I really appreciate that kind of service. They sell branded jewelry like Pandora and others so you can skip the trip to the department store and just hit up Goffins. If you cannot find parking on the street, there is a municipal lot in Rutherford on the street behind Goffins. Park there. This place is definitely worth it.

Beyond Disappointed in their “Forever Bracelet”; two bracelets fell off my best friend within a few 1 day of getting them “permanently” welded on and no refund or other avenue was offered besides coming back in to try to get it fixed, which isn’t an option for out-of-towners. Then my 2 bracelets twisted together into once and now looks terrible. Which is funny because the advertise more than one bracelet to look perfect. Between the 2 of us we spent $600.00 and for the amount of money we spent this shouldn’t have happened. Save your money or go elsewhere.

This place is our go to for greeting cards, Jelly Cat stuffed animals, jewelry and other gifts. The staff is always helpful and put together a gift bag for us on a recent trip!

I went to Goffins to get a welled bracelet done with my sisters and i had a very disappointing expericence. After we left my sisters bracelet fell off as soon as she walked out the door which onl tells you that it was not done correctly which means my was not done correctly as well. I went into the store today because I realized my bracelet fell off and to let them know the bracelet done a week ago today and it fell off and I could not find it. I tried to explain to the owner that my bracelet fell off within a week and i could not find it. He wanted to charge me an additional $62.50 to replace it on top of the $118.00 i spent a week ago to get it on. To anyone who wants to get the welled bracelets done I would not recommend going to Goffins in Rutherford because they are a rip off and they would not work with. Barry the owner was rude and would not work with you he was worried about making money off you.

Yes, I own Goffin's Hallmark and take pride in bringing my customers great product, great service and fair treatment. The newest trend; forever bracelets is a challenge, to say the least. Our after sale policy is better than any other store that i have found offering the product. Lost bracelets are the biggest problem. We choose to meet halfway

I can't thank the staff at Goffin's Hallmark shop for helping my dad and I today shop for my mom. We can't wait to give her the gifts. Her mother's day gifts went along with her Christmas gifts(which is so cool). We were greeted warmly(as always)and as I was shopping,my dad was being helped. Our purchases were gifted wrapped as well (Another check for Goffin), by the cashier, but she was also friendly and warm as well. I can't say enough good things about this store. I'll have to make time to come back to visit the candy and chocolate section(yum). Once everything calms down at work, I also want to come back and purchase some new Hallmark items.

A variety of unique gifts for all occasions and very friendly staff. When you walk in the store, it feels inviting and comfortable.
