believe
that
all
patients
should
be
treated
with
dignity,
compassion,
and
respect
when
seeking
medical
care.
The
behavior
exhibited
by
"dr
Nunn"
was
not
in
line
with
these
principles,
and
it
has
left
me
deeply
concerned
about
the
quality
of
care
at
your
facility.
For
a
facility
whose
first
introduction
to
patients
is
"take
care
clinic",
taking
care
is
a
concept
that
Nunn
certainly
did
not
honor
in
her
audacity
in
feeling
comfortable
with
being
anything
but
a
professional.
This
sort
of
behavior
will
certainly
cause
disrepute
(as
have
Nunn's
actions)
to
any
medical
practice
if
not
addressed
and
they
certainly
were
not
heeded
despite
my
expressing
the
disappointment
of
my
experience
in
conveying
with
the
staff
on
duty
including
the
nurse
on
the
shift
expecting
some
sort
of
further
correspondence
by
a
practice
head.
As
a
result,
this
experience
has
plagued
me
for
a
while,
unfortunately.
I
will
certainly
not
be
returning
to
this
practice.I
believe
that
it
is
crucial
for
healthcare
providers
to
maintain
the
highest
standards
of
professionalism
and
respect
for
their
patients.
I
hope
that
my
complaint
will
contribute
to
the
improvement
of
the
patient
experience
at
your
facility.
