    The overall service was below standard, the dining hall both Madisons and the other were dusty, not enough waiters to serve the amount of people.. The lunch packs are the worst!! I have no idea whats happening in the kitchen but it needs new staff

    Service from reception to restaurant is disappointing, had to wait 30 minutes just to be checked in and then wait for them to figure out whether I was going to be served and the attitude from the staff leaves much to be desired

    Rooms is out of date. Linnen old. Carpets are dirty. Fridge in room broken. Service at reception very bad. Dinner options and food is terrible.

    Usually happy with my stay at Graceland hotel this time was no different. Thank you to the front desk woman Neo who managed to help with last min request.

    Facilities needs maintenance and upgrades, not clean at all. Only one restaurant for dinner with limited and tasteless food eg rump steak = minute steak. Personnel would rather socialize than assist hotel guests. Will not stay here again

    Poor service from reception and duty managers (incl Candice) when issues were picked up with gym equipment. The response was “but I wasn’t trained how to operate a treadmill” Definitely not a customer centric team.

    The central reservation call centre agents are by far the most unprofessional agents that I have dealt with to date. On three different occasions, speaking to three different individuals and I experienced the same beyond poor level of service. Each time I was on hold for 10min+ and when my call was eventually answered the agents sounded very tired and disinterested when communicating with me...I don't know if Peermont is not paying these individuals enough or what it is that is making them so despondent but they have clearly checked out. I implore the management to please listen to the 3 calls that I made today between 12:10 and 12:45 and give me feedback. As a professional conference organizer, travel booker and a member of PCO Alliance and SA Events Council, the reception by these reservation agents is simply appalling! If my client didn't insist on staying at this property, I would have long moved this booking to another property that values the business.

    Found fries in our 'cleaned' room when we just checked in. Two towels for 4 people in a room, took about an hour to get additional towels. Broken mini fridge in the room. Appalling service at the Blue Bayou, had to ask multiple servers for coffee and drinks and waitress had an attitude. Overall, great potential, but poor service will be their downfall. We've been going to Graceland yearly since 2013 with no upgrades to the decor, no improved service provided and less and less amenities.

    I personally fell they can actually renovate the rooms and make them more modern...but their service is amazing..stuff really friendly and efficient

    Beautiful and wonderful good service👌 but I gave a 4 star because pools are really orange inside please hire a worker to clean every time it's dirty on the walls

    Unfriendly reception. Unfriendly and slow Chefs, took me forever to get an omelette and when I did, it was not as soft as I requested. Security guard was very friendly and helpful. Terrible smell in the building that seems to come from the ventilations/aircon, not sure if it's the chemicals from substations. Food was ok but not so great.

    There is absolutely nothing to write home about regarding this hotel. The staff member that checked us in had a terrible attitude. She seemed disinterested in assisting us. Had to ask another staff member working in the corridors where the dinning hall was because the one who checked us in didn’t give us much assistance. The rooms are average, a bit outdated for my liking. I do not like the bath/shower combination🫤 The breakfast was good though, however the service was so terrible that I opted to stay at a no rating guest house because of their warm reception they gave me, than a 4 star hotel with such horrible service!

    It's a nice place to be.. Quite a big place to have a conference or whatever activities you like.. It's quite impressive and unique place.. Love it.. Friendly staffs and willingly to assist anyhow..

    Reception services was excellent and the rooms were clean, restaurant services not up to any restaurant standard very poor services, most of the things on the menu were not available, staff was not friendly and food was too salty, breakfast as well you tell them not to put pork they bring pork. Catering services it lowers the standard of the hotel.

    Mmhh…very nice hotel. Just expect unfriendly receptionist. Old towels and torn and Hard towels, i have 2019 towel bath room according to the label on it. Been used for the past 2 years, lost softness. Workspace desk not fit for purpose. But All in all it’s a good hotel.

    We enjoyed high quality and service experience of the hotel and restuarant. Being able to order from Madison. Clean rooms and high quality linen. Friendly staff👌! We're coming back!
