I'm very impressed with the Management team of this garage! I had an incident where petrol was thrown into my diesel car however the owner and manager went over and beyond to help me get this sorted asap with the most friendliest attitude towards the matter. They truly made me feel important which calmed me down immediately. Let me not forget about their own very speedy Mechanic Raymond which did an awesome job to help us. Thanks Team!

Excellent ambiance and location. Drop by, get a food or drink, refuel, use the restroom, and check your car. Fill up on oil and water. I had the chance to see staff members helping the towing team tow a vehicle for one of the clients who had a breakdown, and they couldn't have been more nice and helpful

The pnp makes good fresh food. However, there is always a problem with their scanners or card machines and the petrol attendants are slow to help customers which wastes time

Was working on bolt and needed to rest the workers there welcomed me and gave me a space to park my car without any Hussle.

I use the Service Station regularly, and the forecourt staff deserve praise for their courtesy and willingness to serve, and they never forget to be friendly even under pressure.

Pretty ridiculous that there wasn't a single price tag on anything of the shelves! Is this done deliberately so you can charge whatever you feel like? We got in the car and drove straight to the Sasol accross the road

I have been eating in, and still taking additional meals as takeaways. At times I take away cooked food for a week, as I stay in ridgeway area. Perfect food. Always received perfect food & service. Today some new tall Mr arrogant clever guy, with a sun hat on behind the food serving counter, decided to invent new rules, saying I must pay for the potatoes at the same price of the mutton curry. I said, how can I be paying R200 a kg for potatoes. All the years, I have been coming here, about 10 years now, not once was I charged same price for gravy and potatoes. They always weighed the meat with the bones, and added gravy and a potato later This was by all the staff serving from that counter, from night to day staff, from even the previous indian cook from Durban. This new rule I assume is not the owners rule, but some fool trying to be clever, a cheat (Haraam). first time I ever seen him there. He was even telling the cook non-sense saying why they charged me that way in the past. Because Mr Big mouth continued in front of a q of customers waiting to be served, with his arrogance. I heard him continue even after I was on my way to go pay, I then turned around, walked backed to return my food, to Mr Big mouth and walked out. I called him "Big Mouth" Disappointed, but with a fool like this, I guess I won't be coming back to enjoy your food again. Salaamz

The service is not great. Attendants are not on the ball - not eager or warm and welcoming. Long waiting times. The smart shopper is always offline. Seems like they one speed point so even more waiting time to make payment. The two stars are for the PnP and those few attendants who the extra mile.

This place always has queues and slow workers. The cashier even asked me to e-wallet her to pay for my goods.

Disgraceful excuse for a gas station. I got tired of waiting for a petrol attendant, so after 10 minutes I left without filling fuel. I would understand if they were busy, but there was only one other car there.

Service at the coffee counter is shocking. Left after i was blatantly ignored. Will not go back. Better service across the road.

Worst experience I've ever had at a garage, only two petrol attendants actually working, when asked about they were rude about it. Secondly I was waiting for about 10 minutes and when the a car next to got served immediately , which was still before I got served. When questioned about it, once again rude and said maybe I was not seen in the 10 minutes I was parked there and after at least 2 attendants walk past and ignored my hooting.

Some of the staff had no mask on, but will be staring at customers and commenting on customer appearances. Either than that it’s great place to shop.

This has ro honestly be the slowest garage I've ever been to. If it wasn't for Discovery I would not use this garage. You always see people just drive off due to the slow service.

Conveniently located - love the Pick n Pay inside the shop. Would love if the coffee machine could be working next time i am there :)

Always a pleasure visiting this particular BP Garage. Friendly staff, delicious muffins, there's also a PicknPay for emergency shopping, Standard Bank ATM and the coffee is amazing.

Ridiculously long wait times for petrol. Terrible service.....Wishing I didn't have to stop there so often. Waste up to 30min here.
