They had a epiphone guitar i said I would take it they were organizing postage. I asked for them to mark it as sold or remove it from the floor. A few hours later someone went in store and bought it despite me saying I would take it. After 2 days of me phoning constantly to find out how this happened all they did was say sorry. Doesn't make up for me losing in a epic guitar. But I would definitely say avoid them and I'd rate 0 if I could
