Dr. Padmavathi talks good, but her assistant is very negative person, she is rude and she can't read the scan properly too.. I had a faint positive and explained about my recurrent miscarriages to the assistant and asked for precautionary medication, she answered very rudely that saying u may not be pregnant I won't give any medicine, but I paid to see dr. Padmavathi who is she to pass such negative comments, but padmavati mama received me very humbly and she gave medicine, but I ultimately had miscarriage at 8 weeks. If you have serious complications in pregnancy don't choose Dr. padmavathi, if it's normal going pregnancy then you can go there. Unfortunately this is my experience. Mosquitos in waiting area. Head nurse tall and with spects takes her relatives for consultation first, and I had to wait for 4 hours for my turn.

My wife delivered a baby boy two weeks ago at Basant Sahney. Dr Padmavati and her team were very courteous and professional throughout. The hospital also has several senior nursing staff. The hospital was well maintained throughout our stay. The only drawback of the hospital is the absence of a canteen. The hospital should work towards having a tie-up with third party vendors to provide food to atleast the patients. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable experience.

There are so many disappointing things about this hospital. No appointment system. You are expected to call at 10am same day to confirm doctor availability. Wait time is always minimum of 2 hours. Waiting area is full of mosquitoes. This is least expected at a hospital. Extremely uncomfortable chairs for carrying women. Hospital allows multiple attendants along with patients resulting in no chairs for pregnant ladies. AC is never at the right temperature. Doctors never inform their leave schedules. Bathroom should be convenient for pregnant women to use. No support bars or anything. Absolutely no regard for hygene. No tissues no sanitizers or any such preventive measures. Doctors are in a hurry to finish the consultation and move to next patient. In my 9th month of pregnancy the doctor moved abroad and neither the hospital nor she bothered to inform or transfer the case to another doctor. This is highly unprofessional and they have no regards for patients. Useless hospital with least bothered doctors. Regret considering this hospital.

We first consulted Dr. Padmavathi as our gynaecologist during my wife’s pregnancy. Ma'am was available and delivered our baby in late hours in the night. We are very grateful for our paediatrician Dr. Vinay Kumar. He took care of our premature baby very well. The entire NICU staff was very considerate and professional, especially Angel sister, Indira sister and Mercy sister.

We visited Dr. Padmavathi mam ( obstetrician and Gynecologist) for my pregnancy check ups. She was very patient in listening to my concerns. Ma'm has handled my wife's High risk pregnancy very well and delivered on time. We are blessed with a baby girl. We are happy with mam and recommend her. Thank you for the ambience.

Dr. Karthik is a very good pediatrician. He has taken all the precautions to help my baby recover immediately after birth.

My wife visited today to just show the reports to Dr Naina Singh, first they charge her consultation fee despite it's second visit & she is there only to show the reports. Secondly, nurse behaviour was very rude and bad. She don't have manner to speak with patients. They waited almost 3 hour's for the doctor and return home without even consulting her as she return her file saying if you can't wait just go away from here. If this the behaviour of hospital staff who will visit them next time........

Patient care is really good. After the delivery, I (father) attended the parenting session ("Uttama Praja"). It was really an eye opening session. I think this kind of parenting session needs to be implemented in all the gynic hospitals. I take this opportunity to thank the staff for the smooth delivery experience we had.

Dear Parents, Say No - # Basant Sahney hospital !!!!!!!!! Please don't visit this hospital in Emergency (Specially in night time we went @ 3:30am) - Last Saturday i took my kid to hospital - after 2 hours, duty doctor came down see the my kid. Doctor suggested - better we should admit my kid and said as it is early hours (5:30am), hospital team member asked me to go home and comeback 8PM. So that they get him admitted. very very ridiculous response and not even suggested any medicine as well.

My experience with Dr.Padamavathi Mam is awesome. She cares like a mother with her patients. Her response over calls or messages are very quick. During covid she provided her valuable consultation to her patients who are unable to come to hospital with out expecting single penny. She does many many surgeries and prescribes more than 100 patients in a single day. Inspite of hectic work load I never saw the tiredness and angry on her face. I accept, sometimes we may need to wait long for her consultation, but you have to understand she is extending herself at max to her patients high risk surgeries as well. Please respect her age and seniority. THANK YOU BASANT SAHNEY… Great team work. Special Mention should be on Lali Thomas ( Head Nurse ), very supportive, skilled and knowledgeable with 30+ years experience in nursing. She taught my wife and me about everything about post pregnancy baby care in detail and helped us to take care forward. Thank you Mam for you kind guidance. A small suggestion, please try to have the appointment system, so that it makes comfortable visits for everyone.

Security behaviour is very arrogant, they don’t have patient information yet they will ask us call bed ridden patient to call back. Security should maintain patient details and their room Numbers.

1) Very professional and active staff. 2) Clean and tidy place. 3) Doctors are very experienced and always willing to help and guide. Naming especially Dr Padmavati and Dr Kavita. 4) Security guards are decent and with welcoming attitude. 4) Canteen attendant - Manas is very polite and gives immediate service, whenever asked. Suggestion: Canteen should be enlarged with more varities to cater maximum customers. This will be beneficial to the patients and visitors too.

My son got admitted for allergic bronchitis, Dr Manasa treated him very well, sisters were very attentive and even took good care of him during nights also. On the whole, staff were very friendly, it’s well maintained, very clean hospital. I think it’s one of the best hospital with reasonable charges.

Wonderful experience during my second pregnancy in Basant Sahany. Every tine I had visited to the hospital had a smooth experience. Thank you to Dr Padmavathi. We had to admit my new born in the hospital. The team and staff has been taken care so well. The room and entire maintenance was maintained so well during my baby's admit. So worst experience came to Op but doctor was busy in call and came late and my son have 101 temperature his doctor is Dr.Vinay but the doctor who came to check so called Dr. Ravi was referring to Dr. Manasa.. even though we told we need dr Vinay sir appointment he was not responding correctly was going on having a call inside emergency department ..We come with lot of tension but this kind of Doctor is not at al correct who is just interested in phone calls and not caring babies please don’t encourage such doctor it’s a matter of life please take an action.

Dr Padmavathi is the best Gynaecologist. She is very polite and takes care of your pregnancy with at most care and she is available anytime you need. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you doctor.

We went to this hospital first for diagnosis on my wife's illness. Dr. VKV Prasad helped us get Dr. Naina Singh (who had the day off by the way) to take care of my wife. We only had to wait for about 30 min. They did several tests, diagnosed her quickly and recommended emergency appendectomy on the same day. We were very impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything went. I also sent the reports to a specialist at another bigger hospital for second opinion. Wife stayed at the hospital post surgery for a couple of days on doctor's recommendation. It's never fun to sleep at the hospital, but the fairly spacious, clean, A/C equipped and well maintained rooms made it easier. The staff was really well trained - they were really polite, empathetic, providing us with regular updates on status and next steps. Impressed with their communication skills (in multiple languages) as well. All in all, I highly recommend Basant Sahney Hospital in West Marredpally hospital for your medical needs. Want to personally thank Dr. Prasad and Dr. Naina Singh for all their care and help. They really set a high bar for medical care!

Excellent staff ,doctors and nurses. We always owe them and they treat patients with utmost care and patience. With Padma garu beside me , I totally forgot my labour pain, with her smile and positivity she makes the patient feel totally comfortable , relaxed having a smooth delivery . This is such a wonderful place to give birth to. All the facilities provided are up to the mark. I delivered my baby here on 1st Aug, 22. Everyone in the hospital are very cordial. Each and every doctor, duty doctor, nurse, sub staff all are the best. A big thanks to the hospital management. My mother delivered my two siblings here 22 years ago. Our family has been relying on this hospital for 2 generations now. My journey as a mother had a good start here. A special mention of Dr. Pushpa Cherian ma’am, Dr. Padmavathi ma’am who have been a constant support. Dr. Girija Krishnan ma’am is also very approachable though she is the Director of the hospital.

Very supportive nurses, need more nursing staff on the rooms floor. Charges are on higher side. Rework on charges so that it does not become a burden on patients and family. Dr.Padmavathi garu is very polite with her patients and her treatment is perfect. First dismiss the anaesthetist as he is unfit for that job as he does not know how much quantity needs to be given for c section. I could see my wife suffering from pain.

I have gone there from the second month till delivery.Dr.Naina singh is very efficient and friendly. Hospital management is very nice and efficient . Hospital homely atmosphere is very impressive.Rooms are neat and clean. Every one hour one doctor comes for rounds in inpatient ward. The nurses and helpers are also very supportive and responsive.

The hospital is very good and professional. Dr. Manasa whom I consulted was excellent in diagnosis and she immediately detected what the child's issue was. She doesn't overmedicate which what I truly appreciate.

Having been to several hospitals in the last 50 years of my service, I can say I was very pleased with my experience at Basant Sahney Hospital, West Marredpally, Secunderabad. The hospital stall were very proactive and tended to my wife's medical needs who was admitted in August of 2022, in every aspect while doing it with great hospitality. Their courteous service was remarkable to the patients' visitors as well. Lastly, with their moderate fees, I cam certain to say that Basant Sahney Hospital is one of the best that there is for gynecology.

We have visited Dr. PADMAVATHI in Basant Sahney Hospital at West Marredpally for my second pregnancy, she is very polite, experienced and helped me in all my questions and concerns during my entire pregnancy. Worst maintenance of hospital premises lot of mosquitoes in Amc i cant understand how doctors sisters are seeing kids and pregnant ladies in such environment the security staff are so waste sending lot of attenders at night time inside were easily infection can spread to patients right ? and after we got admitted even in room side mosquitoes are there, In wash basin water was not flushing off wen a lady in the morning came to ask regarding maintenance service we complained but there is no response til evening some other maintenance boy solved the problem. Charging of higher prices and giving worst maintenance in returns totally disappointed

Disappointed with maintanence work... Wen we admitted for the first time we took it lite... But after again re admission same problem with lot of mosquitoes no proper cleaning and no proper matrices i was going on telling from my 1st day of admission since morning but there is no response until last day of discharge some housekeeping boy exchanged with matrices..is this the way to maintain? There is no immediate response for any of our problems...totally disappointed with hospital maintenance..do consider this review and maintain a proper neatness.

Happy with doctors in hospital my only complaint is asking money i understand it should be given with love not with force came to op for review thought to directly give complaint to Padmavathi mam itself but hospital sister over there told to give a review so that director wil definitely take an action last week Sister Afjal was so rude with us as we rejected to give money from the next day she was so rude giving a high pich tone reply I don't know wether director wil take an action or not but treating patients who give money by good way and who don't give money in a rough way is not correct I hope this review take a good action on such lady
