Pretty ridiculous, I called you awhile before you closed asking to renew a prescription, which I’ve been taking for years. After letting you know I have already been without the medication for a day, you still failed to get it renewed for another day. I just saw a doctor 3 months ago, my blood work was done, there is absolutely zero reason that you couldn’t have renewed my prescription over the phone. The fact you supplied me for only 3 months, and then failed to renew it after multiple days is absolutely negligent.

My daughter had some dental work that needed to be done the first appointment went will the first nurse was amazing talked my daughter through evrything and densit was fine didn't see much of him till the procedure started got it done everything was fine now she had to come back to get the same thing done to the other side of her mouth . So now she know what's going to happen on the second appointment . She is a child the second vist was different nurse same densit he had NO tolerance for her and you could clearly tell and he was rude . The nurse did not talk her trough anything she was holding the needle up in the air where my daughter could see .My daughter panicked and he didn't want to deal with it he said he was done and walked out didn't say another word to me and nurse said sorry mom and they referred me somewhere else . Won't be back .I don't recommend taking your young children to him. This was at the laurie office

This concerns dental services. The Dentist is very good. The office staff treat patients like cattle. Twice I have had to reschedule appointments for cleanings. Each time I was advised that I would have to wait another six months for the cleaning. The reasons were because the hygienist did cleanings in the morning only. This creates a ridiculous situation for the patient. In another case, I was advised that I had a severe root infection that needed to be addressed. 12 weeks and many unreturned calls later, still no appointment. I had to contact a member of the Board of Directors to get an appointment scheduled. I found another dental clinic.

I've only used this COMC for OBGYN appointments, Dr Macias is my doctor. The front desk staff is always really nice, the nurses are ANGELS. And u couldn't ask for a better OB doctor, love Macias!

Dr Erin is awesome and lately I've been seeing a therapist Brittany and she is just really easy to talk to makes me feel comfortable I always feel better after I've gone to Comc. I love this place. Because they are really concerned about my health and it shows and everything they do there.

Office staff is AWFUL. Leah is dramatic and likes to make situations up to get you in "trouble". I have spoken with the office manager SO MUCH in the past week because it seems like no one can do their jobs and when I call to speak with her AGAIN, Leah is just arguing with me about my reasoning for calling as if that is helping. Rademan is great but doesn't help if you need to battle the front office staff to see her.

I have Amber Vandiver as my care provider who herself was excellent! Recently I needed to be followed up by an MD for medication review. I was delighted to meet Dr. Jamie Thomas who was amazing. He took the time to explain and offer alternatives when what I wanted wasn't the best situation given my health situation. I have been here at the lake 20 years and by far these providers have been the best I have ever experienced. They are not going to just hand over whatever drug you are wanting but will listen to what you are experiencing and offer suggestions of what will work. My entire family is slowly migrating over to this office and I couldn't be more pleased or comfortable with my care here.

On hold for 20 minutes not even joking lady answer the phone then goes can you please hold while I help a patient I said no I have been I hold for 20 minutes she says but I have to help them both camdenton and osage beach after they called to cancel my appointment and wanted me to call and reschedule can't even through reschedule and then finally get through and they can't reschedule bc they have to put me on hold to find out how to

LOVE Dr. Macias and all of the nurses (especially Dawn) and the ultrasound tech. Dr. Macias is kind, patient, and caring. He did so much to ensure myself and my baby were healthy before, during, and after my c-section! Only giving 4 stars bc his nurse practitioner, Dr. Keeler is actually awful in terms of her care and bedside manner. My worries were brushed off with attitude. She always seemed rushed and bothered. I even left the office crying after an appointment bc I was told I was wrong and she did nothing to prove this besides “it’s on the paper”. I was in fact not wrong and I might have been able to try to a normal delivery had Dr. Keeler listened and given me advice on how to flip my daughter before it was too late ultimately ending in my c-section.
