This was my first ever time eating here and I can 100% say its a great eat. Ended up getting the Italian and was a good sandwich and food came out fast. Staff was super friendly and was able to handle our big order. Awesome location, awesome food great place to eat!

If I could give a 6 they deserve it for effort alone. I’ve recently had some bad experiences with chain restaurants, but my hope is renewed with Jersey Mikes. Sherry and Adam we’re working the counter. They both greeted my wife and I right as we walked in. The dining area was neat and tidy. There wasn’t even one dirty table. The floor had just been mopped and the trash wasn’t overflowing. I ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak. Adam grilled it on the spot, needless to say, it was hot and fresh just like I prefer. My wife ordered the portobello veggie sandwich which was a generous helping. I wanted to compliment the manager, whom they told me was Shane. He was already gone for the day. I asked about his leadership attributes because of the neatness and great customer service. Apparently he leads by example, knows how to motivate people, and really cares for his employees well being. We will definitely come back and I won’t worry about taking a client there for lunch and being embarrassed. Keep up the good work Jersey Mikes. It feels so nice to be able to give a positive review.

The picture looks deceiving. This Philly was DELICIOUS. Added extra meat and mushrooms. Highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak. I rarely get phillys from establishments such as this but I’m glad I took the chance. I ordered off DoorDash.

You’ll come to find, if you make a habit of looking at MY reviews, if I’ve given a place 5 stars? You’ll also find words like: Consistent; As expected; Perfect; No Complaints; etc following that. One of the many reasons one chooses a chain? Is consistency. Mike’s delivers. From Seattle to Columbia, it’s as expected. Fresh. Tasty. Friendly (HUGE!!); never a disparaging word to be heard. Employees make it a point to get to know you, and have your order started (I’m that consistent) as you walk in. This, is what every restaurant should strive to emulate. Well done, Boys (and gurlzez too!!), Well Done!!!

Nice location, great service, super friendly and attentive employees. Definitely will come here again. Came in and the energy from the employees were great. Service was friendly and fast. Subs came out beautiful and tasty. They are a new location here on the west side of Columbia and so far so good!

Absolutely the best subs in town. The bread is amazing and there is plenty of meat and cheese!!!

First time trying this restaurant and was disappointed. The short dark haired guy was a smart mouth telling us where to order and then schooled me on when I should have requested having my sandwich cut in half. The tall guy who actually took our order was very nice. It was Saturday afternoon around 3pm On December 16th. The "famous" Philly was not so great and my root beer had no carbonation. Probably won't go back or recommend. Good luck there!
