A chain restaurant that tastes like it is locally owned. You cannot go wrong with any of their chicken salad options. Very affordable considering that you get a main dish, one side and a prepackaged cookie. I liked the egg salad as it was creamy and the egg pieces were perfectly cut. The restaurant itself has a decent seating capacity and clean restrooms. The staff all had smiles on their faces when serving us.

Overall the food was pretty good. Wish there was just a little more chicken salad on the sandwiches. Seemed like I had more bread than anything. The decor and restaurant itself was very cute and inviting. The staff all had a smile and were very friendly. But it was 29° outside and honestly not much warmer inside, I think they had the AC on. My hands were literally freezing by the time I left. So I was not very comfortable eating while I was freezing cold. I would come back but will have to remember gloves next time. I will try something else next time or ask for a second scoop. The pricing was very reasonable.

All chicken salad, all the time; if chicken salad is a safe food for you, THIS is the spot to be! Meaghan was quick on the recommendations from each category, and helped us pick a superb lunch consisting of The Chick Trio. Sandwich, side (broccoli salad is amazing!), and third scoop with a selection from their superbly brewed teas and lemonades set us back approximately $15/person, with enough leftovers for a later snack! The added bonus of a buttercream cookie for dessert set it off nicely, as well. As someone who loves creating and enjoying amazing foods, this is what it's all about. They picked a topic they were passionate about, crafted an amazing environment to serve it in, and perfected the presentation and options. I can't recommend this place enough, if you're looking for female-driven fantasticness that feeds your chicken salad lover!

Had a hankering for a quality lunch that didn’t break the bank. Discovered Chicken Salad Chick where I had the Jalapeño Holly toasted on Wheatberry bread / BLT style with fresh fruit. It was absolutely delicious! Fresh and filling. I will return until I I’ve tried them all.

Everything thing was perfect. Absolutely delicious Sassy Scotty chicken salad sandwich. The croissant was perfectly baked. Fresh fruit was plentiful and tasty. What a great value for $10. My new favorite lunch stop. Jessica and Samantha are friendly and efficient. The place is absolutely CLEAN! The workers are obviously proud of their restarting. Keep up the good work.

I just want to say we just had the BEST experience at a fast food restaurant since Covid. The food was not immediately ready once we got to the window there was a small wait the girl at the window was sincerely apologetic and said they would give us a cookie for our wait. She thanked us for our patience when she handed over the food. We got the promised cookies. Then as we were driving away they had forgot to give us a bag of chips and another employee was running after us. This is what good service is all about. We live in Holden Mo this was our second positive experience. The food is Amazing and a great value and there are so many choices ! We will always stop here if we was going thru Columbia! The drive through seems to run pretty efficiently. However, we ordered inside. As we waited for the order, which watched car after car leave with their food. After 15 minutes we asked about our order and it was another 5 or more minutes before it came out. Salads were tasty, especially liked the broccoli salad. The free cookie that come fill the meal is a plus for me.

This is a very tasty chicken salad, with like 12 varieties to choose from. The trio is the way to go with so many options to pick from. I definitely would check it out when in Columbia. The side salads are very good, I really like the grape salad. But you do have other options also. I definitely recommend this place.

Was incredibly impressed with the food, staff, and atmosphere of this place!! Today was my first time and the staff were welcoming and informative. Sat down at the food quickly came to our table! Will be a frequent flyer.

Great food, wonderful staff. Service is really nice. We were fine waiting for order but they gave us coupons as they said it seemed like awhile. Also came in on a day they had customer appreciation giving away free food. Very nice
