The General Manager of the Central location saw this pizza personally and still sold it to my husband, she said “This is the way our well done pizzas are supposed to look.” The only reason we ordered it well done, is because a few weeks ago we had a pizza from here, and it was undercooked.

Hey wanna say I love Marco's Pizza, especially the all meat thin crust. Unfortunately my order today, I ordered the thin but received original. I contacted the restaurant after explaining what I ordered, and what my recipe says and what I got!! The matter was corrected 🤩. I am now enjoying my THIN CRUST. Thank you Marco's Manager/Staff it is appreciated.

I ordered Italiano sandwich was told be ready in 10 minutes, waited more like 30. Also ordered the dessert sugar, cinnamon. Wasn't good at all. Very disappointed. Was embarrassed because I had a friend over to share 12 in sandwich. We had to throw out away. Have no idea what went wrong. They were swomped with business, so perhaps some inexperienced employee fixed it. However I am going to give them a second chance and some day order a pizza. The staff were apologizing for the long wait offered me a soda

Someone apparently completely forgot to add yeast while making dough... $45 wasted on absolutely gross oil rubber "pizza" and "cheese sticks". There is just no possible way that someone didn't notice something wrong with this.

Food is good, can’t really mess up pizza and its on the better side. Dont even waste your money on buying extra garlic sauce bc theyll forget it or give you whatever they think is best for you. I ordered garlic this time and last and well at least this time I at least got ranch. The promise time is not promised. I get it wont be on the dot but itll be 20+ mins for whatever the tracker says. Food is good but if you want to eat at a place that cares for its customers got to Grimaldis on 13th and Web

Worst pizza EVER! I ordered the deluxe. It is undercooked, the cut up vegetables are huge chunks and I question if there is any cheese on the pie. Definitely not recommended and will not be returning.
