. Entering the restaurant quite a few of the ceiling lights were strobing dangerous for anyone who suffers with epilepsy. No one seem to care. I did advise them like I did 5 months ago to put a sign at the entrance to warn customers. A humongous supermarket should really learn the basics of duty of care. after all that we sat down to have a full English 100-percent pre cooked and temp. Very very disappointing. SC

Cafe review: really good fish and chips. Breakfast is meh - watch out for exploding poached eggs as they are cooked in the microwave! Had one explode in my face when I stuck a fork in it. Staff were unconcerned. Need more staff! The last 6 or so times I've "popped in" for a cup of tea, there is no staff present. Had to wait 5 mins for a staff member to appear from the kitchen area. Customers helping themselves to drinks without paying. Tables cluttered with debis and dirty. Staff seem to clear tables (eventually) but not clean them. Not fair on the 1 front of house member of staff, get them some help! Used to be packed in this cafe now its pretty dead. With a Costa in the offing on the same site, Morrisons cafe needs to buck up or lose business altogether.

The layout just like all other Morrisons. The clearance shelf "Last chance to buy" had a number of open cereal boxes but no discount prices on them. The manager/ supervisor said they were there in error in and just needed cellotaping up and put on normal shelf. Says this must have been dumped there by a customer. However on taking items back I noticed other damaged boxes. All I can think is that Manager / supervisor (?) Is unaware of Morrisons policy on damaged goods. We regularly go to a Leeds Morrisons and damaged goods on clearance aisle are usually discounted. Very confusing.

Morrisons has gone down in my estimation over the past 6 months. Unlike their prices which have gone up. And yes I know prices are climbing everywhere. However, I will stick to Asda and somewhat unbelievably Sainsburys! Where a basic shop doesn't require me to sell one of my children. However tempting that is (teenagers). Quality of some products also questionable and range has changed to more expensive items.

Very good supermarket for you to buy all things that you need with good prices!!

Plenty of choice but not the cheapest supermarket although they seem to be trying to reduce their prices so they are more in line with their competitors. Parking at busy times can currently be a bit of a problem due to a good third of the available space not being accessible due to the building of a coffee shop drive through.

Café staff decided to close early (seems to happen quite regularly), when I mentioned it to the manager he was not happy, but by then it was too late. Sandwiches for tea.

Lots of parking... just a supermarket... nothing special... in fact it feels a bit dark and drab in some places in there. Not sure if this is because they're not putting on all the lights to save electricity?

Asked for a porridge in the cafe, got shouted at by the attendant. "I'm not doing porridge". Someone else in the group ordered via the app. Another woman came out and said "she won't do porridge" disgusting way to treat customers.

Stopped for the Cafe and toilet. Always great value despite the choatic ordering system (numbercards not available) no receipts from the self serve ordering system so how to prove what you've ordered and where will it be delivered to.... anyway it was a good stop and I enjoyed the rest. Cycle parking was nonexistent which seemed odd in a tourist hotspot? Toilets where clean and well stocked.

Not the cheapest supermarket and the main aisles always look a mess. Empty boxes, trolleys with fresh stock left around and generally untidy.

Went mid afternoon to eat and pick up a small amount of shopping. The Caffe was dire little to nothing in fridges . No milk in the drinks machines (it's in a large supermarket??? ) No hot cooked foods available don't bother going eat shop elsewhere

Morrisons are not as cheap as some other outlets, but the quality is good enough. However users of the car park risk being charged if they spend too long shopping and eating in the cafe, or visiting adjacent businesses... hence my 4 star rating. There is a good enough range of products, including own brands and a budget range, and if they could get the car parking sorted out I would not be so nervous about spending too long shopping in Morrisons and the adjacent stores.

Vile place. Overpriced. Was accosted by a member of till staff who demanded to see in our bag from another store and see receipts for purchases! Outraged as we were still in Morrisons so even if we had items unpaid (of course we did not) we had not left. Can u not go into a shop with items from other stores on the same retail park for goodness sake. This was also not security but a general assistant. No apologies when they realised they were wrong

Very disappointed this morning to be told I couldn’t buy fresh baked Sausage Rolls, until 09.00, they were already baked and on the rack in full view. Shop layout has been changed but overhead signage hasn’t, couldn’t locate everything on my list, gave up and shopped across the road. Only1 till open, with a queue, Oh dear certainly no encouragement to return,Customer Service is none existent.

Went specifically to buy fish. Good selection however no staff to serve it. Was seen by staff waiting but totally ignored. managed to get 1 piece of pre packed fish. When we payed mention it to the lad on self checkout who just said uh right. Will go back to getting our stuff delivered from Asda.

Went to the cafe. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and coffees. Then there were no cups for hot drinks. Tables were a mess and told 45 min wait for food. Then to be told they didn't actually have any burgers, so we asked for a refund. Caroline was very very helpful and could stop apologising. She refunded our meal and let us take 2 take away coffees with us.

Waited over 40 minutes for food. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Over 15 minutes after putting order in they came out to tell me there was no burgers. Left after getting refund. Will definitely NOT be going again

First time visited the store enjoyed the moment until I went to purchase my goods and found that there was only ONE till operating and being british I began to queue! As it would seem that they want you to checkout your own purchases instead of the store having enough staff on duty...or was it just bad timing on my behalf in going there today?
