Doctors are very good and caring to their patients are very much appreciated. But main DISADVANTAGES is more expensive, Room expense is very high and it is not upto the expectation. Really Best Hospitals for children and neonatal( New born babies). All doctors who are here are experts and Specialists. Very dedicated in work. We admited our child at the age of 3 months and treated very well. Our special thanks to Dr. Kathirvel sir, really satisfied. Good hospitality.

I went through 7 days for my new born child in icu. Treatment was good but nurse are not straight forward to parents if we asked anything. Cost is much for middle class families.

Trust hospitals are really good for dr.Selva Perumal the best neuro in the town and the fees also nominal when compare to other neuro surgeons. The only drawback is need to stood  in que overnight or very early morning to get appointment with dr. Selvaperumal but he usually comes and attend the outpatients by 2 PM regularly, most of the time misses which really while we put in appointment. There is no scanning options in hospital and need to go outside. Not sure about other departments over all Apart from dr.Selva Perumal there is no trust hospital.

The receptionists and the nurses outside the doctor's room are rude and their response is very poor when we contact them regarding the clarification for the appointment or the timings of the doctors.

I thought that there will be least of good service & I went there. That's not true, nurses are treating us like just numbers not as human. Hospital management should notice this at the earliest. Doctors are so good but the sisters in op very very worst. I followed with dr.kathirvel sir. Yesterday he was in leave so I went to shanmugam sir. I already consulted with shanmugam sir also. My 4month baby got fever. But the sister said other than shanmugam sir regular follow up patients only we will give op token and all. Then she through a steel scale from far distance towards my baby for playing with another nurse. My baby wake up and cried a lot of hearing that much of sound. So we asked why are you throwing like this if my baby got injured means what can I do? Like that. But she said your baby still not died right? Very very rude and so offensive. She shouted like Godzilla. Very very disappointed. First of all kindly change op nurse of shanmugam sir. They ruined doctor name also.

Doctor and management and staff members are kalm and polite...well recommended hospital in erode... Tocken system for daily OP's.. morning 6am onwards tocken process started.. FCFS first come first serve basis... Emergency cases any time available...

The best Hospital for Children in Erode..My heartful thanks Dr. Kadirvel sir..He let us explain the problem and he starts treatment.. They give 24hours service. Even on sundays, one or two doctors serve here.. Friendly and responsible staff and nurses.. Parking facility is not available. This is the only trouble.. Edited on 22.3.22 If doctors prescribe to another hospital due to insufficient beds, please don't ever say ok.. come out and go for better hospital.. Personal experience.. You can't expect service and consultant there..

Best hospital in the city for children. The way treat my child in the extreme pandemic situation is highly appreciated. Thanks to wonderful doctor's, nurses and staffs. I wish them to continue this high-level service life-long to all the children.

There is no negative rating option available. So giving one. Doctors treatment and consulting are excellent, but the staffs behaviour was worse to the core. Hospital management should look on this and advice their staff to not throw heat waves against patients and their attendees. Also it's very surprising to see that most of the patients speaking with respect and dignity. But we can't expect this from staffs.

Very worst behaviour of nurses in OP. If u come here for any emergency, than u will surely regret. My baby had continuous cough ,but that nurse very easily behave like rude.even she is not wearing mask and continually coughing

Management of this hospital is too worst. I faced issue while I requesting them for insurance claim ..they give total brakeup bill with the seal and sign after collecting advance payment bill from me..when my insurance company asked me for payment receipts I reached the hospital, there they are simply saying, we will not give that receipt and given breakup bill is main bill,,and they also said its not in our policy.After my insurance company's instruction I requested a letter as "the given bill is original one", they are simply saying we have some other work we don't want to explain you again.and persons in insurance department is also replying the same answer they have given before... A corporate hospital without knowing how to support for insurance claim and a management person in office treating (patient)me like a servent under him ,,no no even more worse like a begger ... Conclusion: Seriously I don't know where to go and complaint about this issue,, they not even allow to meet doctors..one of the worst hospital experience..thank you erode trust for doing this kind of service to me...if possible please claim my insurance behalf of me and use it for the hospital development ".

Please don't go to hospital for treatment. Hospital is very noisy and not clean. I accept doctor is very kind but nurse services are very worst and bills are not proper. They are providing two bills one is computerized and another is like cash receipt. Here I can understand Computerized bill will go under hospital account and cash receipt bill will go under trust account but overall they are trying to show they are giving good treatment in a lesser cost but really not that case. They are charging more even no service quality and cleanliness. The other hospitals what we are thinking costly that is good compare to Erode Trust hospital. Last but not least its not hygienic, the bathrooms are very dirty, there are possibilities of getting sick even for the attendees using those.

Really it’s a good hospital. It’s a trust . Run by some doctors associated with true love for humanity. They are not money minded. It is advisable for middle class and poor people. India needs more of this type of service minded people for an integral growth of the nation, where there is no discrimination. Patients inside are happy to get treatment in this hospital. There may a little issue with regard to maintenance but it’s also quite understandable. May be their service extended in all the cities and towns.

Awesome treatment by Dr.Shanmugam sir...who saved our world and gave it back to us...doctor shanmugam is very kind and humble he explained the babies situation in very polite manner...he is gem of the person....he is God for us,why because the previous hospital where we took our child for the emergency situation,they gave the treatment and they told you just pray the God nothing is in our hand,we are very panic and we took the child to the best children's hospital to Dr.Shanmugam...especially PICU sisters and ward sisters are very kind and humble canteen is very clean and neat and they provide good quality food at very nice reasonable price.ward boys are dng their job very clean and neat...I personally suggest the best children's hospital for OP and for emergency thank you so much Dr shanmugam sir thank you so much...

Don't go to Dr.Ramasamy of this hospital.. we had a very bad experience, he was treating my grand mother for 3 years, bcos of his powerful medicines she got liver failure. Situation becomes more worse. Even after treating for 3 years and the situation becomes worse, he is not able to find that the problem is a symptom of liver issues. After things are worse, they told we do not have liver doctors with them and told to go to some other hospital.. ramasamy is utter waste,don't don't don't go there..

Hardly last week my grandfather passed away at hospital... Consulting doctor was good but staffs and nurses worst... Due to nurse negligence yes they not changed oxygen cylinder prior but my Thatha breath through oxygen only in front of family members my grand father passed away.. In front of me pulse and oxygen level dropped I asked nurse to change cylinder and do cpr but totally waste nothing they know... Rating single star ashame

Erode Trust Hospital is Best because of Dr.Selvaperumal sir. His treatment cures many patient. But staffs are not upto the mark. Ward boys asking money for even moving wheel chair to x-ray room or anywhere for scan. TOKEN SYSTEM is very worst . Daily 2 to 2.15 pm we have to make call and inform for token. But during that time they won't pickup the phone . Even of we go in person they ll ask to call through phone for token.Even we tried for a week to put token but we couldn't get it . Kindly change the token system . Take the calls and carry forward the token for next day.

Best doctor selvaerumal. No doubt in that. Cost is also reasonable. But crowd is too high. Hospital should follow modern queue management policies. You have to be there at 4am to put o.p token. But nurse will come at 7am to open token counter. So if u come at 7am then 60 people will be waiting at ther counter from 4am onwards. Then the nurse will give us appointment that our token no is 18, visiting time 2pm. The sad part is we come at 2pm but wil see doctor after 2 hours. So even after coming at 4am to put token, still you will be waiting and wasting a lot of time. Doctor's time is valuable and doctor will be busy. Same way our time is also valuable.

I have rated one star because there is no option below this , today my son got high fever 103 degrees he was unable to even walk , i carried himself in my shoulder , i begged the OP sisters as my son was so tired please allow us to see Kathirvel sir , the sisters in the reception just they dont even spoke to me she showed her hand like go that way , OP sisters rudley said u can see Kathirvel sir only by 6:30pm , i was there at 3pm , they dont even understand or listen to our words , they simply replied if u want treatment now go to emergency come by step by step

If you go to the hospital in medical emergency situation even if you continue to see the doctor there, the nurses there will force you to book token and come back.Even if you say that your child needs urgent medical attention and therefore need to see the doctor, the nurses there will force you to make a token .Even if we say it is very urgent, they will ask what we can do about it
