Better reach out to hospital directly rather than Pristyn care. It is just a mediator to connect patient and the hospital for surgery and charge commission which will beared by the patient itself. Had to go through a surgery but really a worst experience at the intial phase hence had to change the plan. The charges applicable is much higher than the others. They dont even reveal the total cost of the procedure when asked and spike up the total cost while claiming from insurance.

I was opted for RIRS treatment from Pristyn Care, I got 2 free telephonic consultation with doctor, I was admitted to the Manipal Hospital, I have corporate insurance, So these guys told me everything cashless n I don't need to pay single penny, Even though 10% of co-pay. I requested for private room, I never got, Hospital staff treated us in a worst manner, Because we are from Pristyn. Since there was a infection, They've done only Stunting, It hardly costs 40-45k as per Pristyn executive, But they charged 82k from Insurance & I paid 5k from hand as Co-pay. After admission to discharge, I never got chance to talk to doctor, After discharge I was in severe pain, When I looked for doctor contact in discharge summary, Doctor name is different than who operated n No contact number of doctor & great thing is, I have no right to question hospital or seek help from hospital doctor. If you ask me, Never Ever opt/Choose Pristyn Care. They're playing with Patient's life for money... Editing. After posting review, Team asked my contact I gave my contact sweatshirts details. They called me n I expected what ever happened with me & I have the call recording of the Pristyn Care executive where I was confirming that I don't need to pay anything & He's clearing said what's the cost of the treatment, he told that he'll refund the amount which I paid and Pristyn Care frauds are saying they can't provide refund & they don't care what my opinion is 😂 Pristyn Care is just a Fraud 3rd class 3rd party, They're just a middleman between patient n hospital. Never get into such trap, Fraud Fraud Fraud

Before going to pristyn care, first make sure that you are going ahead with surgery. You should have consulted multiple doctors to be absolutely sure. Don't go to Pristyn blindly. They will keep on pushing you to do the surgery with them. They will keep pestering you. Only go to pristyn if you are confirmed to go through a surgery, and you are looking for different cost altearnatives. 1 star for continuously disturbing me.

Called once for an appointment. Its been 4 months. Their team still follows up with me every week whether i need appointment again !!! why they wanted to sell their doctors. Even after informing multiple times im fine, still these calls from diff numbers havent stopped. Worst mgmt team, though not sure abt doctors.

Worst experience at Pristyn care. The poc will show support until surgery, post that they don't give a damn. I was forced to stay back in the hospital for 4 hrs after surgeries without food and proper place to rest. There is no transperancy when it comes to bills. They made me take a loan for 40k, now I'm bound to pay it. Without knowing the exact outstanding dues how can I pay the EMI? They aren't responding to my emails and msgs. I reached out to all CEO on LinkedIn and there is no change. Dont put your health at risk. Not a trust worthy company.

I would like to share some word for the doctor Anjani dixit. She is very good surgeon and very polite answer all your queries very patiently. Also have good experience with pristyne care. From admission to hospital and Insurance claims was smoothless. Only cons I see there personal assistance executive get change everyday or in 2-3 days so sometimes difficult to interact.

Worst Experience. I will never recommend . The team is worst. In the year 2021, did gall bladder stone surgery and made all the payments. Now after 2 years the liquiloans team are calling and threatening us to make the payment even though we cleared all the payments with prystin care. Now the prystin care team also not responding. Worst service provider.

2 Days back my mother had an ear surgery with Prisyn Care and the entire process was reasonably good. Let me explain the whole process as short as possible. Me and my mother visited the clinic in Thippasandra Main Road, and had consultation with Dr. Madhu Sudhan. At this point the consultation fee is Rs.500. He thoroughly investigated the problem and explained everything in a laymen term. The Doctor is very cool, polite and professional. Upon his advise, we went ahead for the surgery and the doctor shared our details with a coordinator for the surgery and insurance process. Mr. Rohit and Mr. Abhishek took the entire process of checking and updating about the insurance process and claims. I had to pay 4k from my pocket apart from insurance coverage. Upon confirmation on surgery, they had booked the room in Sparsh Hospital, Yeshwantapur. They had arranged everything from booking cab from home to hospital, and then hospital to Home post surgery. We got a private room in the hospital, and initially I was not happy with the room service. Later, Ms. Kajal helped me to have proper room service and she periodically called me for any further assistance. The surgery went well, after performing tests such as BP, ECG, ECHO etc. The Nurses explained the procedures properly before taking my mom for surgery. Post surgery my mother shifted to Private room safely. The Next day, we had discharge procedure, which was delayed and took almost an entire day as I was having corporate insurance. This is a big pain point, the discharge formality and insurance approvals should be simplified and faster. Overall, I'm happy with the process, communication, and behavior of all the Nurses, staffs in the hospital. The only drawback I had was, The food offered by Prystyn could be better, and also they should make food arrangement for the attendee as well. I would like say big Thanks to Dr. Madhu Sudhan, Mr. Abhishek and Ms. Kajal, for helping me go to through this process with ease. I would definitely recommend Pristyn Care. Thank you!

Don't go here and waste your money, they will send everyone for scanning, you have to go to. Recommended scanning center only which is a business. You will get other side effects if you go there. We also need to wait more time. They will not send as per appointments. Not sure what is the use of appointment.

Pls pls pls don't go with pristine care. They are the cheaters. They will tell like u don't have to pay anything. We can claim the insurance from company. But kn ghe discharge day They will loot how completely. I hd taken some hand loan to pay the bills. The doctor Mr might Raju and pristyn guy Subham Sharma, they have told us we need to pay knly Rs.1000 but now km paying 50000Rs pls don't go with them. It's the truth. They will show their true colors after the surgery.

Opted for IVF procedure for my sister with guranteed treatment success agreed payment, over charged and treatment with not even a single document maintained for surgical procedures and no payment receipts, my sister went in depression because of fake promises and treatment failures. Even after multiple follow ups no support after looting whooping 2.5 lakhs for treatment.

The experience was quite good, got quick response from pristyn team anytime I want. The hospitalisation process was smooth from admit to discharge, hospital room was clean and good. The doctor who performed the surgery was good, but the nurse and sister who was supposed to be there when I needed to go to washroom (as I wasn't able to post surgery) was not coming on time. Only the thing I didn't like was the food provided in the package from pristyn team, since I was on a liquid died for a day, I asked them to send me some liquid diet but they said it's not possible and given me solid food. So I paid from my side and the food got wasted.

Please don't go with prystyn care...once surgery completed then if u have medical insurance then they will ask to do e-sign(amount auto debit from ur bank account) with credit fair loan company. Once u have done payment whatever u have received from ur medical insurance company even though they will do some debit Transactions in ur bank account without knowing u. They will not respond for ur calls . I ma facing lot of issues with credit fair and prystyn care both the companies. There was one guy Anuj in prystyn care. He is contact person for me for everything. Because of he only i have done e-sign with credit fair. But he left the company and no one is responding for my calls. Now I am going to put police case against prystyn care and credit fair. Because once payment done from my end still they are doing some transactions in my bank account. This is very bad right. And also this is impacting for my cibil score.

Please stay away from Dr Muthuraj or pristyn care . This is a firm which gives free consultation and forces you to go for operation. If they suggest for operation - please take a second opinion in some reputed hospital - it will save money and blood. I personally had a very bad experience with Dr Muthuraj . His first question would be “do you have insurance” and then he will scare you to have an operation immediately. Post this I directly went to Manipal hospital and doc said it’s just a blood clot and will get cured in max 6 weeks time automatically and didn’t even prescribe any medication. As he said the clot vanished in 4 weeks time . So please don’t trust this money oriented parasite and save yourself by taking second opinion.

I booked an appointment with Dr.Prerana Tripathi Ophthalmologist on 11.12.2023. I have allotted 11.30 AM slot on 12.12.23. When I went to the hospital the receptionist told me that the Dr.Prerana Tripathi is on leave. When the doctor is on leave than why you have confirmed my appointment. You have wested my time and money. I don't recommend this hospital. They don't have the curtesy to inform me about the appointment cancellation.

I have booked a treatment in bangalore on behalf of pristine care after I made complete payment they just started avoiding call and delaying the process....they don't have even coordination with their team member...they don't know each other ....they will just waste your time. FYI...pristine care is aggregator like fipkart and Ola Uber....they don't have their machinery or even hospital where thy have tie up they don't care if you go with pristine care...so don't believe....go directly to hospital not behalf of this fraudsters.

Pristyn Care Team did a fabulous job of ensuring the great patient experience. Insurance processing could have been a bit faster and post surgery support could have been more effective. I think it would have helped is to add more appointments for dressing the wound or orienting me how to go about dealing with the pain and discomfort

I made a mistake of taking my mother to them and that was the start of a series of disaster. Not only did they diagnose her situation poorly, they called it an infection first, something else afterwards but couldn't get to the bottom of it. It resulted into multiple side effects and visits to 10 other doctors. The worst part was giving them our phone numbers. They call from different numbers every single day, trying to sell surgeries we don't even require. They are nothing but a group of VULTURES trying to make money by fooling the patients who unfortunately visit them. Save yourself and never visit them!!!

we met Dr Madhusudan for my wife tonsillitis issue, he explained to us very clearly about the removal and its outcome. he listens to us and then explain us back by showing pics and also drew us the situation. we are highly satisfied with his consultation and surgery. hats off to prystyn care for their service.

The procedures were quiet simple and good care was taken care before, during and after surgery by both doctor Dr. Vikranth and pristyn care. I wholeheartedly thank both of them for finding a solution for the problem that prolonged for more than 3 months. Never be shy for expressing your pain and find a solution at the earliest through pristyn care.

I consulted with Dr Janani at pristine care few months back for about three times over a period of a month, there was very detached response from doctor and lack of treatment, the second and third time I paid the consultation fee only to be told to consult general doctor and skin doctor with least amount of response or concern for my fairly long prevailing problem. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place as the doctor failed to build trust or help me to get a clarity on my problem.

My wife was undergoing eardrum surgery under Dr. Madhu Sudhan of #PristynCare at Gawai Hospital in #Bangalore, and due to their negligence, and some surgical error she had a #HeartAttack. I had a good experience with Pristyn and most of the info was informed well in advance before the surgery. But one of the few things which I was unhappy with was after the surgery the doctor who operated on you will not come to meet you or advise what are the do and don’t,s after the surgery. This is actually unacceptable. Most of the nurses or doctors don’t know what needs to be done I had to ask multiple times regarding who needs to remove the dressing.

I was assigned with Dr. Anjani Dixit. I had a really great experience. Booking the appointment is easy and quick. Overall it was a really nice experience.

Walked in for treatment for a headache. The doctors recommended immediate surgery. I was forced into taking an expensive CT scan only at the centre which was tied to this place purely to collect a commission. On second opinion, the actual cause was just dehydration which was rectified without medication. If a doctor is there purely to achieve billing targets and no longer present to take care of the patients there is no purpose of such establishments to exist.

Very bad experience and service we got from this. my husband done surgery on january 2024 by dr rohith before the surgery the coordinater miss pragya was calling for each and everything and she was clearing the doubt which we had. After the surgery there is no any contact clarification nothing and one bigest part is if we contact the doctor even he don't know the patient what he did, who, where when anything they are focusing only for money thats it the after care also not explaining. ..nothing we wasted our money the sugery also fail .The services is very very bad and no proper coordination among them plaese don't choose this if you choose that will be the waste of money and time-

Don’t go to Pristyn care. It’s not for a review my personal experience I have done a Surgery by dr Rohit last month. Before the surgery the coordinator miss Pragya calling for each and every thing about the surgery and the offer they are giving. On the surgery day I wait there for 3hrs. Once the surgery done no response from there side, if I try to contact the doctor he don’t know who I am and what he did!, *money minded people* they don’t care about patient and their condition only need money.So PLEASE DON’T CHOOSE THIS IF YOU CHOOSE ITS A WORST OF MONEY AND TIME.
