Good place to buy. This place offers very good discounts/offers. There is offers on almost everything you buy. They have almost all the items needed, household items (kitchen, cleaning etc..), grocery, fruits & vegetables, stationary, clothes, footware.. And Free parking, so no need to worry about where to park the vehicle..

Cheating or it's fraud with customers. They shown offer while selecting t-shirts but during billing they said it's by mistakelly kept that offers board.. Please see below images.. I paid full amount and no discount is considered by Reliance trend during billing.

Vegetable and fruit section area is conjusted to walk around with the cart, hard to do social distancing over this area. I entered twice, first time there was no one to take the temperature check at the entrance, 2 nd time when i entered there was a person to check temperature it was around 4-5 pm, not sure if they went for coffee or something, better to keep back up people. Check out was not an issue while paying bill, but i felt conjusted at the veggie area where they place tape on the items, why add only few veggies and fruits to add the sticker and rest done at payment, probably you should ensure all fruits and veggies to be in your database. At exit they check bill items and place a seal, but i felt it weird, they don’t actually count items completely, it wastes my time standing there, you should come up with something to find if someone is stealing, bill the change to be returned was 36.50, but we were given 36 rupees back, will you guys agree if we pay less and leave the store? Atleast give some chocolate which costs 50 paisa even though its not big amount, if you do same with n customers everytime you are making profit, atleast round it off and don’t show in the bill or make your product price round value. Rest all seems well 19/5/2021- reliance closed for maintenance not sure when it will open, a signboard was put up 20/10/2021- Came home and checked they have billed wrongly, they have put a sticker of different rate and charged different rate, we cant travel back just to get it corrected, employee needs to be trained, for 15 rs they have added 20rs ridge gourd, and tomato price was less at the counter and on bill it’s different see the sticker, instead of them upselling other products train them, this time we are letting it go.

It's good to shopping and deficit materials value for money when see you all time passed you and you are not absorbed that much items but headache come slowly and legs pain starting atherwise chocolate ice cream so good 😋 which floor you choose the item you will paid that floor not other floor and all in one you see in the mart and good to see you tq...u

Good offers available here whenever I visit... There are plenty of items to choose from!!! I go there to buy packed food many times, which has always been the best!!! It is just above the TTMC Bus Stand & very near for casual shoppers like students & others too!!!

It almost looks like a shopping mall. But, quality of clothes are not up to mark here. They have some pathetic Brands in clothing section. Good for Grocery shopping and here you will get fresh vegetables. Also good option for Fruits, packaged Juice, and general things. Digital section is ok.

I had a bad experience of shopping here, AC was turned off, it was suffocating with dust. Inspite of reminding to SM, no luck. Being such a BIG brand trying to save AC? Disappointed and suffocated.

Reliance has a great selection of products, and I always seem to be able to find everything I need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized. The prices are reasonable. Overall, I am very happy with my shopping experience here and would recommend it to others.

It's a huge shopping place where you get almost all the household items. Should be careful at billing as they don't apply some offers. It's crowded on weekends. Reliance digital and trends are attached to this. They also sell products nearing expiry at discounted rates.

Only R mart in this area within 5 KM radius. Everything and all are available under one roof, starting from grocery, vegetables, daily use, F&B, apparels for all category, footwear, electronics etc. etc. huge two floor spaces with 3 levels of parking. Multi items, multi verity, aggressive prices, offers are available most of the time. Only thing is staffs, staffs are not available sometimes for particular section/dept., or they have not much info about the section he/she is managing. Floor Manager should take this a positive task and assign the right staff to respective sections.

Reliance customer care persons will be busy talking with each other, their approach is not good since they r rude to customer and will delay in attending them. If the mistake is from their end they will be keep on asking sorry but if mistake is from our end n has happened without our knowledge or in a hurry they will raise their voice in front of everyone as though we have done some thing wrong. Very worst experience I have ever seen. One of the lady who is short n fat is very rude, kindly take action on her.

I tagged along with my friend who is a regular at this store, Reliance Smart Vijayanagar, for all her household needs. It was my first visit to this store, and as we ambled along towards the entrance, the extra large glass doors of this store were standing open, two security guards or maybe ad hoc Covid staff were maintaining strict Covid protocol. All the visitors were temperature screened, made to sanitize hands, and face masks were made to wear covering the nose and mouth. By now all of us are weary and tired of wearing masks and are wishing the pandemic good riddance. Walking from aisle to aisel, taking a closer look at the stuff/goods on display, you realise this is a ONE STOP SHOP for all your household needs, it's like the A to Z of the Amezon. All the goods are priced from the lowest to the highest, catering to all categories of people, and accordingly people do their purchases depending on how deep their pockets are. How this store can offer so much discount or slash the prices so low?? And believe me , this is not some gimmicky, or some hokum , but for real, the discounts are real. In this store, there were regular size buckets for rupees 99, disbeliever you may, but they sold out like hot cakes, early birds get their worms, rest had to buy the buckets at rupees 350. How does Reliance Smart do it?? It's in the name, they do smart business. The magic wand here is THE TURNOVER. You sell 100 cakes at 100 rupees or sell 1000 cakes at 50/60 rupees , works well right?? The disappointing part of the visit was the fruits and vegetables section, no no, not in terms of prices, prices were great, almost 35 to 40 percent less , but in terms of freshness. Lazy bones visited the store at 5 pm, after a good afternoon nap of 2 hours and maybe by then people picked the best leaving the not so fresh behind. The other rub at this store was the lack of an express counter, people with less than 4 to 5 items / things have to stand in snaking queues waiting their turn behind people with cart/ trolly full of stuff. This store is a great place to shop, you get value for your money, though one gets tired walking the lengths and breadths of the aisel, to pick the right products. No pains no gains. Happy shopping you all. Yours truly was really tired shopping at this never ending aisel on two levels, and it being my first visit, didn't know what is where or was not accustomed to the layout of the store, layout of the goods spread and it took me a lot longer than others to finish my shopping. I picked one product from one aisel, missed to pick another product and I did a lot of to and fro back and forth, and was at my wits end as if my brain was not working properly anymore and wanted to dash out of the store keeping the rest for another day and decided to check out. It was a long wait at the cash counter, queues were serpentine, but there was a treat for me, no, no, not free or complementary, but on payment. I saw a lone butter scotch cone in the chillers and my heart skipped a beat, I am a hater of chocolate flavour and never or very rarely get a cone ice cream or for that matter cakes and pastries in my desired flavour, it's always as if backers are more enthusiastic to make all things chocolate, due apologies to all the lovers of chocolate flavour. I couldn't wait to enjoy my butter scotch cone, my friend kept my place in the queue and I was out of the store thoroughly enjoying my cone ice cream.

There's a discount on almost everything, but watch out for expired products as you can find them quiet often. Prices of fruits and vegetables are always lower than outside prices and you can find pigeons flying inside the place

I have always seen many cash counters are closed and even after having crowd still you don't open counters. There are many sections where in sales team won't be there to help and when we enquire they just tell I am not responsible and other will come and attend, which never happens. I have experienced in Helmet section yesterday.

Am a regular here, situated in Vijayanagar is within the reach of metro and bus stand. They always have offers and discounts.

There is no free parking/ no Safe parking space for girls and womens space for car parking. Per hour parking charges 350 Rs I do not recommend visit this Store if you have lot of money for parking charges then you can go

Hi everyone, dont buy electric item's in Reliance mart its very old products they will sales i will buy one boat Airdopes from reliance mart vijayanagar after 1month its not working properly and i will go to reliance mart explain the issue but there not responding and i will put the compliant boat offical website there pic my Airdopes and slove the issue then after 1 month again same problem happens and i will register the compliant in boat websites there not responding properly even reliance mart also not responding, my suggestions is dont buy Airdopes and other costly items from reliance mart

Little confusion about parking, but yes there is free parking on 4,5 and 6th floor. Little cleanliness required but sufficient goods r available. If somebody wants to buy cloths and electronics, both trends and digital are situated on 5th floor

Spacious and well organized. One of the best around Vijayanagar. Parking is free as well.

Located in Vijayanagar TTMC, had ample parking space for 2 wheelers. 4 wheeler parking is very limited. Negotiating the curvers while driving in and out for 4 wheeler is bit difficult. Reliance smart has wide variety of options with integrated reliance Fresh, digital and trends. Need to be cautious on pricing, as at times they will charge more than MRP. This had happened to me twice while buying Gillete blades.

Please teach your entrance staff who is checking bills be in decent way becoz while checking the bill she is asking me the MRP of the product and she said why this product billed at low price.... Instead of asking me she should aware of offers why that product was billed at low price which is in discount. Please teach your entrance staff to be decent way and how to behave with customers..
