A friendly place to be at.....there are personal trainers available throughout the day to customize your daily workouts and to evaluate your progress, which is not mostly available in other gyms where i used to workout earlier. I'm gudied by Priya ma'am who will be at your every step at gym. Recommendable place for all age groups.

One of the best gym in Pondicherry . Mugunthan master is very much approachable and keep your motivation high in all time. If you take up personal coaching with him , you will never regret paying your penny . Very clean , good ambience and motivating trainers. I almost lost 5 kgs in a month . Master will follow up with your diets regularly and keep encouraging throughout your journey . Highly recommended for weight training and weight loss journey .
